Kylo Ren's quote is a bit dark, but it is still appropriate. When you really meet your Twin Flame one or both of you will feel as though you are losing yourself. For me, I was the validator of the energy and emotion between us. I spilled my guts which is not my normal (I have Moon trine Saturn). I even told her that she broke me, or I let myself be broken.

My reaction afterward was weird - I suggested she would blackmail me, I was worried other people we both knew would find out, and I apologized profusely.

This reaction was my ego dying. I would argue I still have some ego, but I don't protect my heart and emotions like I once did. I don't get angry over little things, I have no desire to fight, when I drive around I throw peace signs at everyone, and I'm super extra huggy.

This is why Kylo Ren's quote is so important - the Twin Flame experience is about losing the ego that has always protected you so that you can become who you are meant to be.

If you really have the Twin Flame experience your ego will crack. You will feel broken and definitely not yourself, because you will be losing what you've always had to protect you - your ego.

Flock of Seagulls has sorta turned into a joke, perhaps because of the Pulp Fiction reference. But, their hit song "I Ran" is totally the runner aspect of the Twin Flame.
