Some of you may remember that I was dealing with a connection that I thought was intense and unusual. Well, I finally figured out a way to deal with it and increasingly detach from her and the situation. I used to think that we might be twin souls and that she and my partner were part of the same Expanded self, but I now realize I was probably deluded about all that. After all, we had some pretty strong Neptune connections in our synastry. I realized that this person never cared about me and was just using me. I still believe in the concept of twin souls though.
As someone with high empathy, I have noted I have a tendency to get attracted to people very different, and often on or near the narcissistic spectrum. (Just happened again recently, and I decided to end the connection after I pulled the Moon, the Devil, and the Moon after I asked about this person's true energy and I saw some red flags in behavior).

Anyways, the important part, the solution: I came up with some powerful self hypnosis suggestions (which I will share in a bit), and I recorded myself speaking them. I then took that audio recording and over laid it over some delta brainwave entrainment audio (some tracks are binaural beats and some monoaural beats).

Once a week or every two weeks, I listen to the recording while going to sleep or meditating.

Anyways, it's been working for me, so if you're in a similar situation, it may work for you as well, so feel free to borrow it and change it to suit your own style or purpose.

This is the series of suggestions:

"Justin, you are deeply, deeply relaxed and your subconscious mind is very receptive and open to suggestions and programming now.

Every hour, day, and week that passes you are increasingly forgetting about and becoming ever more detached toward (her full name). Henceforth I will refer to ms (her last name) as 245. If thoughts and feelings about 245 occur, you will let them go immediately and feel completely emotionally detached about them and 245. Any and all of that energy will be redirected into creative, spiritual, and service to others channels. There is now, and will continue to be, a powerful energetic barrier between you and 245 from the physical to mental* levels. 245 is now just like a random stranger to you. The connection and memories you had with 245, now feel like it was several lifetimes ago that you can barely remember and care about anymore."

* By mental, I don't mean intellect, but Soul energies. I've been thinking about amending it and adding "from the physical to Spirit levels." This would completely cut off any and all connection. I've hesitated about doing this, because I believe in Oneness and that we all are One at a Spirit (and all levels, but more consciously so there).

A part of me is afraid to use any of the hypnotic videos on youtube because I do not know if I can trust that they are devoid of subliminal messages that I may not be aware of.
