Not looking for anything specific. Just want this thread mainly for my own purposes as a repository of all relevant information. I'm trying not to have a milion threads all over the place.

The benefit is that I can focus on understanding the aspects better myself, rather than depending primarily on everyone's input.

Actually, my interests are more in my own natal chart because I know the marriage is working just dandy.

Yes we have ALL seen this, but have you not heard of *fair usage* and copyright laws? I wouldn't be surprised if this gets you into trouble with mods or grupvenus.....

Now for the charts you posted the only problem is the Orbs, I recommend you reduce them to 40% as this bring them down to more mainstream and realistic orbs of 3' between planets..

Now look closely as the aspect grid you posted and ignore any over 3'

focus on squares and oppositions being the challenges.

This is one indication of a powerful, sudden, and electric attraction. It is often indicative of a situation where one feels "love at first sight". Saturn Square Neptune

I don't know how to interpret this one, butI have heard it as both negative and very positive. The third reference below is what I have generally relied on: that Saturn is the discipline, and that Saturn controls the idealism in Neptune.

Then, there's the negative SkyView Zone version that essentially says that the Saturn person behaves like a controlling wet blanket.

Keep in mind that this is a marriage of two strong personalities. My wife behaves like a real lioness and she would take off the head of anyone she doesn't like. I'm a very strong personality myself. We yield control to each other out of love, but would not accept being subordinated to anyone else.

In this case, I happen to be Saturn and she happens to be Neptune. It could go either way. However, I'm the more practial Capricorn and she'sthe more creative Leo, so the fault probably lies in me.

I'll write this off as a lost cause because I neither understand nor have control over the situation.

So, this is one challenging aspect that is not easily mitigated unless I change my fundamental serious Capricornian personality and giving up wanting to steer the ship, which is not easy.

Heather,

I’m assuming that you’re asking about synastry—comparing two natal charts, and a situation where one person’s Pluto is conjunct the other person’s Venus. The thing to remember about outer planet–personal planet contacts in synastry is that the outer planet person isn’t usually aware of the connection at all (because we don’t experience the outer planets on a personal level). The inner planet person, on the other hand, experiences the energy, often quite strongly.

With someone’s Pluto conjunct your Venus, if you are the Venus person you may feel on some level that you are being controlled or manipulated by your partner—some sense of a power struggle is quite likely, and the relationship is almost certain to be one that you experience very intensely. The tighter the conjunction, the more marked the experience is going to be.

Assuming that the Venus person has no natal Venus-Pluto issues in his or her chart, then the matter simply ends there. If, on the other hand, the Venus person has a hard aspect in their natal chart between Venus and Pluto (say Venus square Pluto), then having a partner whose Pluto is conjunct their Venus is going to be a bigger deal because it’s going to be triggering and playing into core issues represented in the natal chart, and is very probably associated with that individual’s relationship patterns. The pathology of Venus-Pluto aspects is abusive relationships. However, I must emphasize that this is only the most extreme manifestation of this energy—do not assume that because an individual has a difficult Venus-Pluto aspect in their natal chart that they will inevitably be drawn to abusive relationships!

Two other important points on this topic: first, while the Venus person may be experiencing all sorts of drama and tension as a result of the Pluto aspect from their partner’s chart, their partner may well be completely oblivious to the situation, and entirely free of any blame whatsoever. When we have difficult aspects in our natal charts between personal planets and outer planets, we project the outer planet on other people and experience that energy through our relationships. In this example, the Venus person is going to project his or her relationship issues on their partner, and learn to deal with a specific facet of their natal Venus-Pluto aspect through the relationship.

I would have to disagree with this last statement as Venus moves very quickly and your 'generation' outer will stay the same, but venus WILL move on into 11other signs.

You could have the best synastry in the world, but unless you have good communications, are honest with each other about your needs, wishes and desires and 'both' of you want the same things...........then nothing will happen. It cannot make anyone change, or love you more. Some challenging squares, oppositions in synastry can be healthy, and may require one or both of you to grow in some way. Astrological natal charts cannot explain environmental factors, financial handicaps/ restraints and what position you hold in society, neither can it tell you if you are of ‘Royalty’ or beggar.

I am of the belief that people come in and out of our lives for a reason, either we have to teach them something or we have to learn something from them. There is Always an exchange, good or bad.

There may be an easier way to read and understand complicated Synastry pie chart aspects. Pie chart aspects can also be produced onto a basic Synastry Aspect Chart. Review the sample chart at your leisure. It may help you gain even more insight than you currently have.
