Introduction: The reversed 6 of Cups is often a card about looking back on how things "used" to be. This is sometimes connected with children or childhood. The reversal suggests that you are rightly beginning to pay more attention to the future, rather than the past.

General: The reversed 6 reminds us that we must stay focused on the present and the future instead of getting or staying "lost in the good old days." Live for today.

I asked a question about me and the Knight of Wands guys and I got 6 of Cups. He is an old flame like you know but he came back before the Venus Retro. I'm beginning to feel the same way I initially did back then , may be because its Venus Retro. I found this
