Topic: Have you guys ever used a psychic service?

Thinking about what Astrid said does sound kind of dumb and far fetched. I did think too that most countries have a volcano, but she said she saw volcanoes in my tea cup so who knows. She said the guy travels alot for work but he would be consistent in communication. So when he says he will call he will. She also said that his profession has to do with the ocean so when marry ill move to him out of state somewhere. I'm not so sure I want that but we'll see. She feels marriage in 3 years and that I would have a baby either right before the wedding or very shortly after. But she said this guy is supposed to come into my life by the end of this year or the first few months, very early into 2015. If babies are in my future like she says then it better happen quick. I'm turning 39 this year and lets face it, a woman's eggs are only fresh for so long. But I do realize how dumb the whole volcano thing sounds. IP: Logged |

Dreamy Fish -You don't need any more readings. At all. Regardless of whether it 'works' for other people or not, or the reasons why, it's obviously not working for you. You also can't go round every person claiming on the internet who claims to be psychic and give each one a chance. You'd be at it forever, and lets face it, ask enough people to tell you your future and someone will eventually get it right by sheer chance. There will always be someone who tells you they had a positive experience with a reading. You or I don't know the specifics of that persons experience and we never will - we'll never truly get an impartial account. I've always taken the view that personal experience trumps all. If someone has tried something (had a psychic reading in this case) and had a positive experience from it then great. I have a right to be sceptical about it, but I can't take that experience away from them, nor would I want to. The same is true in reverse though - you've given it a go and it's not worked. 'Believers' (for lack of a better term) may try to rationalise it, and they are welcome to, but you've not sat on the outside of the fence and cast judgements from afar. You've got involved, tried it, and found it to be lacking. Time to move on I think. I don't know you well enough or the specifics of your situation to really give any advise on your situation and concerns, but I would encourage you to speak with your closest friends and family. People who know you well, both your good and bad points, and might be able to give you some honest advise whilst still having your best interests at heart. You're clearly able to attract people to you, and that's good, it means you're a person people want to be with. Perhaps you just need help recognising the type of person you want to be with? Again, loved ones will be able to help you with this better than I, Lindaland, and definitely any psychic. I'm sorry if this comes across as harsh or stern. I don't wish to upset and wouldn't make this post if I didn't care. I've observed this thread for some time and I don't think you are alone in this. I only replied out of genuine concern. Thank you Waterboi for your honesty. Not upset at all, I actually welcome it. I guess I was just having a weak moment/bad day. I've spoken to my closest friends about it and they seem to agree that it's just a matter of taking things in stride and it will happen when I least expect it. Can't really discuss this matter with family (though I'm more prone to discussing it with complete strangers on the internet, perhaps because I feel I won't be judged?) because at my age, at least according to my mom, I should be married by now. Not really encouraging.I will definitely take what you said into consideration and thanks again for taking the time out to comment on my sob story! DF

Destiny (which is fixed due to lessons to be learned) is more difficult to read and I never seen a psychic doing that.
I used to think that as well - that our actions can change things and that's the reason why predictions don't happen or that you can predict too far in advance because things change but I don't think that anymore. Madisun read for me last year in March and her job prediction was for May/June and it's exactly the job I got (interview end of May, starting in June). It makes me think that I was meant to get this particular job at this particular timing and that's why I was just not getting anything else meanwhile. I think it's different with relationships and I'm not sure if Madisun's predictions regarding relationship will happen.. because she told me I'd meet different guys and it was a bit more vague I think I've met them, not sure... This actually made me think about something else, I asked Hermes and Spirit of Amy if the relocation from work will happen and they both said yes but with delay, it will happen in June... this new job happened in June but obviously not the relocation I was hoping from work - so not sure what they saw... I'm going to say they were both completely wrong because I asked about something specific and they saw that particular thing happening, which it didn't...

i tried Brazilstar once; she can pick up that person's personality pretty well; but then she became an advisor more than a reader.
for me she is very similar to mariana

i was asking about a guy; who is now in a relationship and not in my country. Mariama could pick up he is not in my country; but i have to tell her he is in a relationship now.
THEN she started her lecture lol. 'he would leave her for you it meant he would leave you for someone else. And long distance is difficult i have been there etc'.....USD20 reading i think i paid USD18 for her lecture. whatever she said made sense and politically very right but they are not predictions. Not at all.
and, her reading is totally different from my own trustful readers; i trusted them not because they said things i like to hear (actually 80% are not my favourite news) but they have proved themselves to be very accurate in all of my cases...

Her description of me was wrong, as in physical description and all. Cos saw that she could do remote viewing so asked her to try on me. But she's cool n friendly though! She didn't charge me as she'll only request for payment when u feel she's connected. Lol minimini, I know what u mean. It's like she's injecting her own personal opinion. to update persian medium's prediction:
1. guy A will step up between June 3 to June 7. A text me on the 30th and asked if i am available Tuesday onwards (Wed was 3rd); i was not feeling well so me delayed it for one week; but we did spent time together and he really did step up and be more open with his feelings showed me a lot more than before.
2. Guy B will come around July 12 with good news...so we still need to wait and see...

I tried Taylor Black once. It was odd though because he insisted we read either through Facebook or Skype. I did it through Facebook and I'm not entirely sure why I agreed to it. He was ok. I only asked my question and he did give me a fair amount of good info. No real timeframes though. I prob wouldn't go back it was more of a one shot deal for me. But I have some news. Something Sandie keeps telling me about P and his behavior is beginning to happen. At least from my end it appears that way. So I don't know, maybe things will begin to change with him and I'll get that contact I've been wanting from him. IP: Logged |

Concerning MamaRoberts i have got a reading. Very vague and general. Did not give me a good impression at all. @EmpressMendez. "Astrid is my go-to and her predictions have always come to pass for me, as well as my fam. members who I have recommended her to. You simply do not have a connection with her - it's all." If she had no connection, she should have said it in the beginning. Already had 3 readings with her. She does feel current situations very good I must admit. So,there was a connection. But my questions were future related, and they were all wrong :-(. @St@r2013. Sorry to say, but action do change all when we want to. Astrid told me that.

Yes, Jerseyshore - different strokes for different folks. I only work with predictions and tuning into current situation for accuracy purposes, but sometimes I end up picking up the near future instead, so if I focus on the past it will be more precise.Froony - Everyone has different beliefs..my predictions are fixed. They do not change at all that doesn't necessarily means it's "destiny" (I respect that you believe it to be that though) to me it means that I have read the symbols shown to me by my guides correctly, and provide the message as is to the querent. If anything else goes wrong..I blame the messenger (myself, or the reader that I go to), not the cards, destiny, or whatever else. Maybe Astrid's timing is simply off. It took an entire year for Madisun's reading to pan out for me, but she was still off on a lot (but mostly just disorganized with details since there were more than one guy coming through to her - I suppose). The guy she described did come into my life, she got a lot of names from the guys correctly as well, but as far as me ending up with the guy she saw me with? Negative. I will give her the benefit of the doubt because June (heck, the year for that matter) isn't over yet. So there's still hope for her big prediction to come to pass. I doubt it though because the details were all confusing towards the end  . She saw me dating too many guys, and guess simply got confused. I did not ask about anyone at all..didn't give her any names either..just told her who she saw me ending up with in the long term (told her to describe him, etc). And that's what she got..she was really good at describing this particular guy's job. I had a crush on him in the past, but not anymore. She mentioned the guy who I met earlier this year's name clearly, but then dismissed it because she said that name was "too common". Hmm..I'll just wait & see. Sorry for rambling ------------------

 get your refund!! Is it too late? I tried ordering a second time from her, and she took about a month, so I just got a refund (I didn't receive a reading). @Fairy - I did the $50 one 3 quest. reading I think it is. I used all 3 questions and told her to focus on love only. ------------------

@Dreamy - I can relate to how you're feeling. My younger sister is also married with a baby now - and there's lots of judging by my family as to why I'm not on that path as well. I take marriage seriously and looking back, there isn't anyone I've met yet that I could see myself marrying - so I try to think of it more like I'm not settling until I find the right person for me. Just keep focusing on yourself right now and what makes you happy - and keep looking forward!@hapless - oh my...that's awful! Have you tried lodging a complaint? Wow, that's a long time to wait for a reading. Hapless I would definitely email her and ask for a refund. Did you try emailing her to find out why she never did it? Today I had a really great day. Felt like something was changing or is going to change. I don't know what it is but I have a feeling like all is well. Maybe I'm happy because something that Sandie told me is beginning to happen, I don't know. I just have been smiling all day! IP: Logged |
