I saw that she wasn't online in over a month as well...doesn't bode well.

Well if she was banned from Bitwine, try filing a police report (federal police if you're in the US, I don't know) and hopefully she does have that office in LA as it says and they can trace her...But reading her profile where she mentioned that she's a psychic to celebrities in LA was a turnoff for me a while back...these psychics usually won't be for a dollar. I really hope that you get justice and your money back...don't give up, that's a lot of money quote: Originally posted by Diplopoda: Yeah cuz she was banned off bitwine I told jennifer abt itBut she refused to refund me What to do

The scam happened on bitwine? Did you authorise the charge in one reading or several? If you did, it might be difficult to recover the amount. As Zarea suggested, go to the police. Since you've located her office in BHills, hopefully they can assist you,

So I'm assuming that you're not in the USA. You usually can fill out police reports online (I did in my town a couple of months ago for petty larceny)...see if you can fill out one directly with the LA police for internet crime/grand theft...or whatever they call it...Since it's a lot of money, that may get them moving...but given the internet nature of the crime, and the probability that her LA office is itself a fake front, that may not yield much result. Check the FBI office also at it has federal jurisdiction... Provide all the records that you have of you being blackmailed. That's what I can think of now but the police works in "weird" ways: they'll only invest their resources based on where they expect results, so they may see your case as not worth it. but in karma world, filling out the police report may scare her (make sure you let her know that it's been filed) and/or leave a record trail on her so that she's eventually caught. quote: Originally posted by Diplopoda: SandyI tried the internet scam police based in USA but they didn't get back to me

Hey, thanks. I do actually - I just don't feel comfortable sharing it here. I'm undecided about that still . I will consider your name for the next offer though if you would like ^_^

Okay, you are not giving much detail so it is difficult to make any more suggestion. If it happened on bitwine, you should try Jennifer again, maybe call her to discuss the best way forward to recover your money - if that is possible. Because if you authorised the payments, that might be quite difficult.IP: Logged |

Wow, this topic is starting to scroll to the side like the one card draw thread but I would hate to have a new topic or "part 2" lol. This one would get buried in the abyss if soIP: Logged |

No, sorry, I don't buy this. If she would've been banned, her profile would be gone. But instead, it shows she has not used her account in a long time. I've read with her and she did not seem like a scammer to me. But Diplopoda's posts seem awfully troll-ish..IP: Logged |

You continue to used bitwines too after u made a silly pact to refrain from it that isn't a gd reason to persecute me. Bitwine interface is so much easier to use than liveperson keen organum or most other imitation startups . Easy user interface wins back clients By the way this is a year old case It's not a new one.Zarea oldies doesn't mean smarties. I don't use bitwines anymore. Only for pp like u guys to experiment on psychics I'm not interested Anyway Way to troll me Hera Don't waste you time trying to troll me don't u hv better things to do Like get fed on others baits I never put out a bait for u so don't start on me buster. You already reviewed her. I mean I'm sorry for your loss if it's at all true. I'm not sure I know anyone smart/sane enough to simply give away 50k to a psychic. You should have better judgment next time. This thread is for reviews..you already reviewed her. If you need to continue speaking about her, then create a new thread in a different forum? I will edit your first post and include all your replies there as a way to organize things because making a new post every time about the same person is unnecessary. Any future off-topic post you make will be deleted. You are not adding anything else that is constructive about the reviews. I grouped the posts and will edit/delete anything else that is off-topic.

Actually, no I won't. I know I won't ever FIND A REASON to be scammed. That just doesn't make any sense. At all.[/quote][/b] IP: Logged |
