Well, we seem to be in the same boat.

I've always thought that because I too have strong intuitive abilities that it may 'fuzz' up what others feel or see towards me (in a reading I mean).

Usually I go for a specific question, not necessarily a general reading, so I thought that would be more helpful to the reader.

Most of the time when I went for a 'general' reading (and again not to be negative) I got a bunch of gobbley gook. Most of the time was spent on lecturing about thinking positively and the 'laws of attraction'.

That's all well and fine, but I, personally would rather go to the word of our Creator for spiritual inspiration. When I look for a reading, I look for insight, answers and predictions.

Maybe that's a bit harsh, but heck... I too do intuitive work and I do what I say I do. I can't do/see many things, but I say that straight out. I specialize and I state that right up front.

Oh, at least Jonah was honest...did he say he can't read you at all or did he mention to try another time? I've had two very good readers not able to read for me as well and they told me to try them in a month or 2 and see if they connect.

White Guide's prediction for me was sort of on the negative side as well...but it seems to make sense so still waiting on that to pan out (though not eagerly waiting lol).

I really don't like Donita Windsong (or something),and Terri Delights. They were just rude. Donita was like trying to establish a connection then when it seems like we couldn't connect she was telling me rushing me to hire her already as I was taking too much of her time. David James gave me a negative reading too. Terri Delights, she mistook me for someone else saying I have taken advantage of her time quite often and does not pay... lol I tried telling her she must be mistaken. She just left the chat. I asked her to send me the transcripts showing that I've had readings with her and does not pay, she never got back to me.

I get where you're coming from, totally. I know that there all the disclaimers on sites, saying that it's for entertainment purposes only. But 99.9% of callers aren't doing it to entertain themselves. They are calling with real life issues and problems. They are looking for answers and when led astray it could even have negative effects for the caller.

Like how you were told that you'll get the job and then you didn't even get to the interview stage... then the job wasn't availble. What if you would have put all your eggs in that basket and not looked for anything else. That could have led you to have financial problems.

I know I keep saying I don't want to be negative and then say negative things... lol... but I really think that those giving readings should really take into consideration that people aren't going to them to share happy news. But they're looking for guidance and insight.

Sometimes I see those that work lines and sites, they talk with SO many people in one sitting that I can see where they would get tired and cranky and all. I imagine talking with 15-20 people a day and I'd be road kill... lol.

I remember seeing John Edwards on tv years ago, when he had his show... how after doing it for a few months he'd have dark circles under his eyes from exhaustion. Then he had to take off coz he wasn't feeling well. So I really don't understand how readers who read for so many people a day do it.

Anyway... didn't mean to write a novel... lol. Guess I'm in a chatty mood today

That's exactly how I feel, I don't mind if they see certain names I'll meet and that doesn't happen... what is frustrating is when I rely on information from them and it doesn't happen...

Lol so u really do try a lot others as well! I tried before Michelle Walters But I can't rem what she said. I believe not someone I would go back to that's y I didn't rem. Master Eginma I tried a long long time ago too. He just read without even asking for names and all. Something like mystic powers from bitwine. Let me dig out his past transcripts and see what he said then.

Oh and I finally tried shyowl last night. The qn that I asked wasn't really positive for me But then it is positive in another way then she said I would meet someone new??? We, we shall see. She reads by aura? Something different from the rest I supposed..

Lol we are on the same boat with the amount of money we are spending but these people I've tried before when I was new. Now I just stick to these 3 mostly: Jonah and Michelle Walters and Master Enigma from Kasamba. I find Mrs Donna (German reader) to be very bold and confident in her predictions. I've been reading with this lovely lady for a little while now and she's been spot on in everything that had a short term prediction (she has made long term ones as well, it's just that the timeframe hasn't passed yet for them).

For instance, I went to TarotByLisa about a family situation. I had done some work for my cousin's then girlfriend and she owed me money for it (let's call this girl F). F was trying to convince me to let her keep my money so I was extremely annoyed not only because of that but also at the way she went about it. Anyhow, there was going to be this family reunion for said cousin's birthday and I didn't even want to go because I was going to see her and all I wanted to do was give F a piece of my mind. There was a lot of contempt for F and I was really upset over things. So I went to Lisa.

WOW. Just WOW. I didn't tell her any of that ^^. I asked her simply how this family meeting was going to go and she said there would be a lot of talk about work, which kinda threw me because I was planning on not even MENTIONING work at all. She also added that she had a message for me: that I shouldn't worry, that I was going to get what was due to me. All I could think was "no way that's gonna happen, I'm gonna shut down all conversation on work and that'll be it. I'm not even going to see the color of this money either."

Dude, seriously - was I wrong! Throughout the entire meeting people kept asking me about my work and how I'm doing and how I got her the money and where I'm planning to take my career, etc etc. And I had barely arrived when my cousin congratulated me and bragged about me winning F's court case (forgot to add: I'm a lawyer and I won F's case, so she owed me the fee we had agreed she'd pay me) and off the conversation went in that direction. I truly thought I'd have to swallow my irritation but I never even got to be that irritated, as F out of nowhere told me she was going to deposit the correct ammount in my account by Tuesday at the latest (it was a Sunday).

I am still awed at how accurate and spot on and on the money she was. I never thought anyone could read that way, but she proved me wrong.

Anyway, there are other examples of Lisa's being freaky accurate, but that was the strongest one I could remember, and definitely the one that makes me always go to her. I thought I'd share.

Oh, and she says she can be blunt (and she can), but she's very sweet and non-judgemental about it. I was really lucky to find her in my first try at professional readers.
