First I want to thank you for giving me this opportunity to practice, also I appreciate your patience.

I see you are a person who tries to do good, and teach good, living with spiritual integrity. Sometimes life hardship can make you struggle with living with love and trying to have an open heart and mind. There is part of you who is also practical and you need to get things done, so you lock up the emotional pain or disappointment. From now on try to let go of the pain, you can accomplish this by meditation or walk through the park. Ask for assistance form your spiritual guide, who is a male guide. The easiest way to receive messages from your guide is through meditation, or when you are about to go to sleep or wake up, that’s when the brain is calms down. You can also ask your guide to help in release some of the burden from your 4th chakra the heart area, there is some emotional pain which can be released, so you can live with an open heart.
Try to let go of the worries and trust that everything will work out in the end. We can not control everything and everyone. The more expectation a person has the more disappointment they go through in life. Although you tend to be good with your gut feeling it will work better if you do some exercise for the 3rd chakra, just like when you get in the morning stretch your body and twist your waist and move up a down a little this will help with the flow of energy and help you listen more to your intuition especially when it comes to golden opportunities for yourself. There is possible missed opportunities due to hesitation and missed reading of your internal feelings. When walking in the park or garden I see that you will be more open to your spiritual guide and it can bring you more support and release of those feelings.

Your Spiritual guide.

Now I think you have more than one, just not sure if the other 2 are permanent or temporary guides, because they are far in the back. The male guide is more next to you, now you shared 3 lives together while on this plane, in the past you were also his guide I am not sure as spiritual but more like a big protective sister, and e needed protection at one point in his life. One thing I am getting he like you and has been by your side and will always be by your side to help you achieve your spiritual goals. But… he wishes you would listen to him more, I think he tries to send you tips, or hints through giving you a hunch, a thought or gut feeling, and you ignore it. A little stubborn…..maybe …..He wants you to have more faith for better things. He would love it if you could connect with him both of you would become much stronger. When you do better he does better. He wants to help you release some of the pain form the 4th and 5th chakra. If you can’t find a good and affordable place to do a one one meditation, there are some youtube guided meditation video which might help with guided meditation.

Just one question today Tuesday noon did you have any neck or throat pain on the left side? Mine started to bother me like if I had stiff neck and something

I am so so sorry Damali. I will do yours tomorrow first one , I just saw this after I was done for today. My energy needs to be refilled again. I will use only the 2nd picture the other are in group and the other is more of side shot.
