I'm very frustrated because although I've moved on from the situation and I no longer ask about N, I'm frustrated that things didn't go as expected.

A lot of readers on LL also expect him to reconnect, some said we wouldn't. I'm just super frustrated today because I miss those times when my brain was consumed with thoughts of him. I truly miss liking him and getting those heart butterflies.

Now, I have no excitement. I barely check his profile and the connection I felt is gone but I so wish these readers were right.

Dang, once the feelings are gone and you're only left with the memories you know are part of the past, it sucks big time. I'm only living with the memories now and I so want to go back to the past to re-live them again.

I'm not quite sure what I miss exactly, but the excitement and the feelings I had for him are things I deeply miss.

He probably doesn't remember my name but man, I genuinely thought he was the one the first time I saw him. I didn't believe in love before I met him but he changed my perspective on it.

Sure, I didn't "love" him per se but I really want to go back to the past. I don't miss the pain, only the feelings and excitement.

Don't judge a book by its cover it can be that way. Oh I also did meet someone like that (as you describe, "player") and gave him a chance/benefit of the doubt. I went against my better judgement and got involved, but I don't regret it. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have experienced the "best" sex of my life up to date (TMI I KNow, sorry), but it's true. I wish "we" were more "mature" in dealing with each other. We both just have too much baggage!! I live with my ex..he's not yet fully over his..ugh =/. I just stopped talking to him..no use in continuing...at least for now....my mind always stops me from pursuing this...it's always "warning" me. It's creepy!! But I like him..a lot..and yet..we don't talk..at all..and I have blocked him on every single platform without telling him WHY this time around. See? It happens.

Not always. Tarot is kind of like the symbols clairvoyant and other psychics see in their heads. I can see pictures in my head and not know what it means at all..just like the cards..they don't usually mean what the image portrays due to poor illustration, mixed up meanings from books/people, other people's opinion on said symbol/card and its meaning..many things affect the accuracy of predictions. Cards are just pictures like the ones I sometimes see in my head.

For example (let me explain a psychic vision to you..a common thing of mine) I get names of people, but by being shown images of people I already know. For example..this guy named "AL" kept coming into my third eye. He is an old man named ALFONSO right? A store owner..I grew up going to that grocery store daily as a kid. It was between the streets J and C (where I used to live as a child..both streets, and 2 houses..diff. years, but nearby places..like cross streets).

Anyway, my guides kept showing me him and the neighborhood. I was so confused (this started happening last yr in Aug) and I kept bugging people on here to read for me to clear my head up since I don't want to hallucinate, or something - have to make sure I'm fully sane, right?

So I kept getting that stupid image and it was frustrating..2 days later I reconnected with an old acquaintance. I went to school with him, we have common friends, but he's a Gemini (I don't like Gemini men as love interests for some reason). I still gave him a try..oh and his name? ALBERTO .. BUT he lived on the SAME STREET that was being shown to me by my guides!

See? It's hard..I was only shown the first two letters of his first name.."AL". Many other cases like this that happen to me, but I don't know how to control it. Most of the names I get are irrelevant as of now. I need to work on this "skill" somewhat, but dk how yet.

I don't know if I agree with this. I've made accurate predictions for some people, but then I'm usually using playing cards instead of tarot. The thing that I've recently noticed is that all of my readings seem to be more accurate when they're done for free. Like, I usually am accurate 80-85% for predictions when I'm offering readings for free, while paid readings seem to be mostly accurate for current situation but not so on for predictions. Idk why. Also, I've noticed that my accuracy rate is higher with those I exchange with or have been reading for a while. The more times I read for someone, the more specific and spot on I am. IMO, it doesn't have to do with the tool used (or not used), it all comes down to connection. Either you're connected or you're not, and this goes both for accuracy on current situation and for future predictions (sometimes you're connect for current situation only, others only for future predictions, and a few rare times you're connect for both).

I'm off to cry in a corner about the 2 post-grad papers I need to write up.

I had another horrible day at work and I realize how much I don't like my job... And all I could think was - K4S told me this would be a great place for me... What's the point of having readings if you get wrong information... I might as well not have any readings and just let whatever happen, happen.

I've been reflecting on this today and I think the reason I get so many readings stems from three things: anxiety, a desire to control, and wanting to be loved.

Obviously the anxiety is greatly reduced when a psychic tells me I'm going to get a raise, or hear from someone, or ace that exam.

The need to control I've had since high school, I struggled with an ED and those habits still follow me around when things are beyond my control, as a matter of fact I lost 7 lbs in 5 days last week and I phoned my mom crying because I feel like I'll never get rid of this. Most of my readings are loved based and since you cannot ever control another person, when as psychic tells me that X is going to do such and such and that he loves me or misses me, I feel like I know what is going to happen so I have the upper hand again. Except that what they say will happen never happens.Like ever.

As far as wanting to be loved goes...maybe its just middle-child syndrome or something but I've never really felt loved or wanted, even with my parents and in my long-term relationships. And everyone is like "you have to love yourself first" I understand that but I'm honestly trying and affirming self love everyday but its like...when does that actually start to stick? Because I've been working on this for ages now and most days I really feel no different than I did 6 years ago. So a psychic tells me somebody is going to love me and I feel good for a week.
