Exactly! I wrote to her that had she come back online after the last time I would have continued the chat and didn't ask for a refund. But she went offline and I waited and waited and she never came back..

She's acting as if I'm stealing the money from her. But she didn't earn those $50 - she only gave reading for half the agreed time. So she doesn't lose anything by refunding me half of my money.

And now I don't want another reading from her. Frustrating.

I'm also opening a paypal dispute against - Truth and Light - that person is just a fraud plain and simple and he/she wouldn't provide me with a refund unless I remove my negative review.

I'm sorry you had bad experiences with them and I hope you're able to get your money back. Both matters are unethical of the reader.

Truth and Light is very much a script reader. I tried that person out as well and asked for the $10 deal, but they refused to give it to me and told me that I needed to do per minute and they would allow the extra time after the deposit was depleted. This didn't happen, no extra minutes and he/she refused to finish the reading, so I added extra funds. My question was the same I asked several readers, if there would be a reconnection with "T" and I. Truth and Light proceeded to tell me that this person was my soul mate and that we would get back together and be happy, same BS fairy tale. Thing is, "T" was my GAY male friend, we had a falling out, he disappeared, I missed him. Then I was told I needed a cleansing for $75...no thanks.

Carla, right after I introduced myself she asked me what deal I wanted and charged me right away. She basically said if I would stay with "T" I would suffer because he had money issues and would cheat on me. I left chat because she was waaaay off and didn't bother to dispute it.

--I've only been refunded twice on Bitwine and that was when a reader made me pay twice due to technical issues. She processed both orders and refunded me a few days after I mailed her. The other time was by Empress when we didn't have a connection.

Your story sounds really similar to mine.
I asked Truth and Light about a guy friend (I'm not interested in him romantically) he/she told me - that he is my soulmate and we'll be together - I replied that no he is not... And I don't have any intention to be together with him....

I asked Carla about the same guy and also another - she told me how I'll find someone eventually and be married but not with those two... I'm like - ummm I have no intention to marry them nor did I ever want to...

When I asked for a refund she wrote "I persevered for an insane amount of free time to cover for that inconvenience (technical issues)." Umm no... the reading was still only 13 min with the technical difficulties and it was me logging back in 4 times and we had to establish what was missed...

And yeah Empress was the only person who refunded me straight away because there was no connection...

She said we were just in bad timing that needed to correct itself. She did say not to expect contact for a long while, but he did contact me 2 weeks later.

timeframes for contact (only):

DLD said 'before I go to England', but she hesitated giving real timeframe, which I can understand.
Cosmic said it will be slow but around late sept - october.
Domine said within 4 weeks (3 weeks left)
Mysticwisdom said 'when the time is right' (somehow I'm ok with the answer lol)
Sophie said before I go to England also (with reasons why) though her guides were jonesin for me to go for frenchie lol

in other news, this workliday i met guys who have same accents as OD (which made me miss him a bit), and seeing many types of older couples in this festival gave me insight on what he seek or wish, someone to grow old together. I can understand his insecurity better now (pressure, etc) and he's afraid being alone more than anything, so...

Not everyone wish to have never-ending learning process, some people is content with companionship, and that's ok.

Tell them you didn't get the service you paid for.
They will ask if you used the merchant befor. Tell them u have since she read for you before if it was charged from that same account. Say no if you didn't charge to that account.
They will ask if u contacted merchant, tell them what she told u

Here's what she wrote to me in the message: "The reading was for 15 minutes. Not 20. I ws clear in my opening statements about my offer that IF NECESSARY I would go up to 20 minutes."

Where's here's the transcript:
