Basically I asked about my ex and if he had any new intentions because he did something two days ago that I found odd. The psychic starts telling me about how he is my soulmate or something. I tell her he's a jerk and I just want to know if he is trying to needle his way back into my life. She says some other things, that he loves me yada yada, and then talks about how there's a negative entity screwing with us, keeping us a part.

....I feel so silly even bringing this up...but I can't help buy wonder.

I do not trust this psychic for a number of reasons. I don't believe psychics who disempower you and tell you that you can't help yourself, only they can do it and you must pay x amount of money for the service. It's unethical to put it nicely... But I have come across enough of these unethical psychics (unethical because if there is something screwing with a person, why would t you just remove it or offer advice to them on how to remove it?) that it is starting to make me wonder.

I do believe that negative energy and negative spirits can attach/follow individuals. And it's hard for me to dismiss the idea that this guy is the one only because I was told by psychics that I do trust that I would meet him, that I would be happiest with him, months before I actually met him. I mean I was given a physical description and a description of his personality and how we would connect that matches what actually happened to a T. One of the people who told me about him is from this forum and she did it for free.

Now as far as the negative entity I don't buy it. I do believe we create our own positive and negative spaces though. I feel if we think negatively all the time negative things will happen. I don't think there's something following you were you have to pay someone to be rid of it. I recently discovered that I alone am in charge of my happiness. I need to think positively for myself and do things to make myself feel good. No more negative thoughts. Is it easy, absolutely not. But I'm determined to make some positive changes in my life to make myself happy.

I believe there are entities that wish to harm and control people, yes. But I also believe one has the power to prevent and fight it, if the entity comes for them. One may need help for that, but I don't think the people who are really concerned with helping the "haunted", let's call them that, are interested in money and would only help if a certain price was paid.

Honestly, Damali, this sounds like a con. She was just trying to scare you into paying her whatever. If you're wondering if there's negative energy/entities surrounding you, that's because you don't. You would know if you did and were opening yourself to them. You can pray and ask God, angels and/or whatever other deity you believe in to guard and protect you from evil and harm. You have all you need inside yourself.

I have to say, if you want an excellent reading tell your friend to try Abundant Visions first. She's $2.50 a minute. Much cheaper with pretty much the exact same results. Her and Denise have said the same things. I really like them both a lot but if you are going by price try AV. And her timing is 90% as she says. But again, timing never comes through for me. She even told me that and said she won't try to tell me dates knowing that. She's given me numbers to pay attention to but she told me she feels that I'm one of those people who timing doesn't come through for. She's been very accurate as well and lines up with what Denise and K4S has said. It's just a matter of me being patient and waiting.

I feel like I've been thru the ringer (psychic wise) and my friend is new to this world so I really want to recommend someone good to her- someone who's not full of BS & fluff. I had never heard of denise or k4S before this board but I think I recall a few people saying k4s was completely wrong for them?
I will tell her about AV also. She's a tarot reader right? Personally tarot has never been accurate for me but most readers who pulled cards for me were from bitwine & were all wrong

I agree - you would "feel" it for sure! So don't dwell on it too much. If you are truly worried, try to visit a shaman (? I think that's what they're called) in real life - not online because you never know who you're truly dealing with online. However, if you don't feel anything negative - then most likely you have nothing. There are people who practice black magic witchcraft, and yes it does exist, and yes it does work..just like good, there are also evil. Some people may do it out of jealousy, or envy..for example if their partner is about to leave them for another person..it may be that this "evil person" that doesn't want to let their partner go tries to sabotage the "third party's" life by doing something negative to them.

Make sure you go to a local person, and research the heck out of them of course. Perhaps try to ask for a recommendation from someone you trust. Go with your gut..if you feel you're ok, then just dismiss it.
