I think part of the reason I responded to him again in the first place was boredom, another part of it was that we do have a good connection I always feel so positive around him, and another reason is probably that deep down I've always felt like whoever I was with was my "only shot" I have never been able to shake that feeling, I've been able to work around it and ignore it but it still always there and I honestly don't think there is anything I can do to make it completely go away.
The sucky thing is that while I'm trying to move on, its hard to completely push through because there is a part of me that is WAITING on him to come back...I don't know what is telling me that he will come back, it could be inutition or denial but its there. And a part of me is like "Hurry up so we can just get this over with fast" because I'm sick of this! Its just a huge mind **** and I can't take it anymore.

lol @psychics saying lessons... thankfully they never said it's my 'lessons', always theirs (which is why they got married after they dump me every time "They learned their 'lesson.' that grass isn't always greener and since you cut them off they can't go back, so they found someone else." )

And if one more psychic uses the word "lesson" I'm going to throw myself off the parking garage at work. No, I don't think this is a lesson I think guys in their 20's are non-commital, man-child jerks that have no regard for how their ****** behavior effects others. They sure as hell don't seem to be suffering or learning a damn thing so why is what THEY do to ME supposed to be a lesson? I've tried everything to understand these "lessons"; I've tried dating multiple people, I've tried not dating at all, I've cut people out completely, I've stood up for myself and said what I wanted and NOT chased them when the left afterwards, I've actively looked, I've actively ignored, I've made lists, I've prayed. Maybe I haven't done any of these things well enough. All I know is I'm back to focusing on maintaining my 4.0 GPA, getting a raise at work, and kicking ass in the gym. I just wish I could stop hanging on to the thought of him calling.

He wants to be friends, but I know he doesn't want me to treat him like other regular friends (somehow it annoys him), he still want to be very close/intimate(platonic)/share- the boundary between friends and lovers.

In fact, when I met him just recently and treated him just as friends- even encouraged him with his gf, he got annoyed and wont reply to my qs about meeting up next time (but replied to others- a friend tried making plans with him and he agreed lol) though now the tables are turned after I sent him that honest email.

and before that (months ago, hes just started dating the lady), when we accidentally saw each other in a party/bar (though we proceeded to ignore each other) I was talking to a guy - seriously was just waiting for my beer since it was a busy one-, he came up to us, asked if the beer in front of the guy was his (of course not) and then went to kiss my forehead, told me he knew I was avoiding him. I couldn't say anything to that...

So I don't know if I did meet the B she described what I do know is that when I specifically asked about him she didn't mention all the little issues he has (Everyone since have said he has some issues with a breakup and he's not over yet and that seems to make sense)...
