Are you sure this question is solely focused on the work relationship? I ask because 2 cards that can be related to love came up. Both King and Knight of Pentacles are passive figures, so this relationship will stay as it is for quite a while. I don't think you would, sorry. Even though the base is good, showing that you'll feel accomplised, confident and attractive, you'll still feel like you're going against the flow and that you need to "escape" again. Honestly, I think you'll be juggling a lot in New York, but a committed love relationship doesn't seem to be in the cards.

Truthfully, we both saw sparks flying when we first met and on our first date which lasted around 10 hours or so. The physical chemistry was sizzling and we would talk for ours.

Unfortunately, we do have different interests and we have very different intellectual dynamics.

The emotional bond is present, the physical chemistry is insane, the conversations flows. The main issue is the intellectual differences.

I can't forget about him though because our connection was unique and instant. Sparks flew from day 1. I keep reminiscing those first moments over and over again because of that spark. It was intense for sure and passionate.

I know that intellectually we're quite different but to an extent, those sparks are hard to forget. That's why I haven't been able to fully move on.

I'm not sure about his feelings as he is one heck of a romantic man and I'm the complete opposite (that's the issue that made us think we're not 100% compatible).

What struck me is that there are quite a lot major arcanas in that reading, I would interpretet hat that I left quite an impression.

so okay, little backgroundstory.
HE is Mr Sag and is a local performer. We have occasionally crossed paths in the last years, and there always has been a vague, I don`t know, vibration between us. Like there was chemistry, but at the same time elusiveness. on my part most certainly.

At certain junctures he has paid me a lot of attention, which I never really could understand or accept or even believe.

It has more to do with my view on myself than him as a matter of fact.

But in the last months a lot has changed for me personally, especially my view on myself, along with the losing weight.

My weightloss is rather big, Iīd say. Almost minus 50 kilos. I mean I am still an Empress-figure very voluptuous, and yes overweight, but I wouldnīt consider myself fat anymore (i know you don`t put it like this, as it is an insult, but I WAS fat. Period. and as result very very withdrawn and defensive. )

Anyway, on these occasions I have seen him in june, well twice during one week.
It is not just that I am slimmer, a lot slimmer than before, but I think I exhibit more comfort with myself, more confidence, and presence for a lack of better word.

I like him as a performer, and then had to realize with a sudden shock when I had been chatting to him once a few years ago, how much more appealing he was to me off stage. lol

Anyway I actually have been talking to him last november after a show, just exchanging some insiginficant short words. At that time I already had lost a lot of weight, BUT it seems to me (from reactions from other people, too) that it is really int he last weeks that it has become REALLY obvious.

Anyway, maybe he sort of remembered that short chat we had, and that is how he saw the difference. Of coruse he has seen me before, as well, but well, I always tend to think: out of sight - out of mind (I tend to underestimate people in this regard though, it seems people remember me more than I am really aware of or would believe, as I tend to think I am invisible, which I might not really be at all. lol)

However after that I sort of disappeared again, so that could be seen as withdrawel period as well.

He saw me during an open air concert on whitsun festival, and I know thta he saw me, cause first of all I was standing up in first row, even if totally at the edge of it. But of course I was not the only one standing there. It was a great party, and I had a LOT of fun, and I suppose nowadays it shows when I am having fun.

Nevertheless, at one point during the show, he would actually angle his body to me (had to do a halfturn) and well, did that very pronounced sweeping movement with his head to look at me from head to toes and back again, then raising his eyebrows even over the rim of his sunglasses and giving a little nod into my direction.
It actually made me laugh a little because it looked so much like a "checking-out-look" - well I thought I was reading too much into it, but I still felt like he noticed my change and was appreciating it.

Yes, that is very true, given the circumstances at least.

However, on that second concert - just a few days after the open air, I was to his solo concert, and in the first half, I thought we had a rather long eye contact. But you know how it is. People in the audience always read TOO MUCH into these things, all part of the show, hardly conscious, hardly intentional, just I donīt know doesnīt mean a thing.
WEll it wasone of those that made me almost shift in my seat. I actually later checked it on my cd-player (was during a song, and I have a good memory).
A coincidental eyecontact of over 10 seconds, well, coincidental or not, I felt a little bit exposed. lol

Anywy, still not really thinking too much about it.
I noticed he was a little messed up during the first half of the concert anyway, messing up his lines in a song, and during one particular song just forgetting to sing (only chorus, someone else was singing the stanzas), and just sitting there and gazing into nowwhere, or in the dark audience.
A little weird, I thought, but anyway, I did not see any connection to myself.

Until in the second half his colleague would take his notepad and read aloud what Mr Sag had written on it before. And that was that the woman in 2nd row almost completely to the right (which was where I was sitting) was driving him completely crazy, to the extent he had been messing up his lines before.

To say I was dumbfounded would be an understatement. lol
Sure maybe it was just part of the show, a joke. But he reacted weirdly after that message had been read. Somehow he almost seemed embarassed or I donīt know. At least he wasn`t laughing about it, and went on avoiding to look into my direction for pretty much the rest of the evening, except for I still noticed him throwing me several stolen glances.

Well, to be honest I was a little surprised, overwhelmed and could not make head nor tails out of this.
But it seemd to me I must have left some sort of impression on him, how shallow or fleeting ever.

But yeah, still feeling a little out of place and confused about that.

So I knew he noticed my change and appreciated what he saw (I am trusting my gut instinct that much ), but your reading was still very gobsmacking and insightful to me.
