Are you sure this question is solely focused on the work relationship? I ask because 2 cards that can be related to love came up. Both King and Knight of Pentacles are passive figures, so this relationship will stay as it is for quite a while. There's a reticent feeling to this, so I don't think you're close and even friendly with each other. Have you ever had a more meaningful conversation other than the usual we have with work acquaintances? I don't think you have. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyways, I see a more encompassing relationship in the future. If you have romantic designs on him, this might turn into a committed relationship. Perhaps marriage. Once you start talking and getting beyond acquaintance phase, you'll move quickly into a more meaningful relationship. I'm sorry, but I'm seeing romantic relationship all over this, even though you both seem too passive about pursuing it.

Sorry if I'm wrong. Let me know, please!

thanks for the reading filleaspirant!
oh no! we have hardly talked to each other. even though it's a same company there is a hierarchial difference and he is authority. i have no clue where this romantic situation is coming from. i have only talked about my willingness to work in his department once and he told me that they will be happy to have me in their department. i actually want to work with him. it will be an honor if i am able to work with him.

Truthfully, we both saw sparks flying when we first met and on our first date which lasted around 10 hours or so. The physical chemistry was sizzling and we would talk for ours.

Unfortunately, we do have different interests and we have very different intellectual dynamics.

The emotional bond is present, the physical chemistry is insane, the conversations flows. The main issue is the intellectual differences.

I can't forget about him though because our connection was unique and instant. Sparks flew from day 1. I keep reminiscing those first moments over and over again because of that spark. It was intense for sure and passionate.

I know that intellectually we're quite different but to an extent, those sparks are hard to forget. That's why I haven't been able to fully move on.

I'm not sure about his feelings as he is one heck of a romantic man and I'm the complete opposite (that's the issue that made us think we're not 100% compatible).

But yeah, I'm hoping for more although I'm seeing things through my rose tinted glasses. I don't know why.

You're welcome, hun.

Thank you for the great feedback. I'm sorry you're going through this, but I just don't feel there's a lot more to this relationship. You're holding on to him and reminiscing, but you'd do better cutting your losses and moving on.

Hope I helped somehow.

Good luck!

I edited your feedback because it was very long

Thank you very much for it. I'm glad it made sense, even if it was shocking. Hopefully you guys will get closer soon.

Good luck!

Oh. I guess this wasn't accurate nor did it resonate. Sorry!!!

Hopefully this just means that it'll be an easy, pleasant work partnership, where you both will be able to grow. Fingers crossed for you, hun!

Good luck!

She has good feelings towards you. Again, I see her feeling you're an asset and that you add a lot to the company. It's actually a joy to have you working there. She does sense that you're a handful and she needs to be careful to not get you upset. She'll handle you with kids gloves, if she has to. She's focusing on the troubles you pointed out and the trouble she herself might be in. I don't think she's feeling ill-disposed towards you.

Let me know how it goes

Feedback:

About this issue, I didn't have the data to begin with and she advised me to put in dummy data just to build the database around. The problem was the dummy data was too realistic and was used to submit to client. Umm... I didn't tell you to do that. I sent you an analysis. To my understanding, company wide this data was never available. I started under false pretenses. Not my fault.
My boss did her analysis while I did mine to see if we all came up with the same result and why not. She came up with 3 more duplicate instances than I did. My boss beat me DOWN that I was wrong. She wouldn't let go. Umm... PhuckYoSASProgram I did it JUST fine in MSAccess with SQL. ANYWAY, I finally got my hands on her data and I was right. She was including duplicates from 2014 in the 2013 report which makes no sense year over year.
She WAS polite about it and despite that, she did submit for me to stay with the company, but was denied on the basis of budget.
