Hey everyone, Long time no chat! In regards to Madisun, Empress is right: just order from her personal site, which is what I did a few days ago. I'm sorry for the problems you had with the website. I had accidentally locked myself out of that email address and forgot my own "secret questions." Then the lady who helped me with the website left and went to Haiti for a volunteer group... so, I'm lost doing my own scheduling and figuring out the website. I had temporarily lowered my prices if they were coming straight to my email/paypal for a woman who wrote asking about readings, and I told her she could tell people on a forum, because I was no longer going through the website and paying those fees, but now I have to do it anyway. The point is, I will be updating it this weekend, and the prices will remain the same. So the short answer is: just order from her readingsbymadisun.com site as she'll be updating it this weekend. Hmmm, I'm hoping to get feedback with experiences from others regarding Joan. I've ordered from her twice on fiverr. The first time, the reading somewhat resonated. The second time, the reading conflicted with the first and turned out to be wrong. I messaged for clarification but she went on vacation and the order auto-completed. Also in the second reading, I purchased an add-on which wasn't delivered - so I messaged her a few days ago to let her know it was only PARTIALLY completed and explained why the second reading was incorrect. I asked for a cancellation.After messaging again, she replied: "Sorry all sales are final, no refund." It was only partially delivered, turned out wrong, and there was NO clarification on the conflict of the readings. Reading her messages on this board, I felt she would be great to work with...but delaying responses comes off as a stall tactic when fiverr has time limits to resolve transactions. I don't want to negative feedback her there because she is new to the site and don't want to discourage others on fiverr to use her. I'm only posting here because I'm curious how her readings and interactions have been with others. And no, I rarely ask for a refund. I've only ever done it on Keen when I get disconnected due to tech issues, or if a reader is beyond off and gets testy; also once on kasamba when someone cold read me then tried to sell a cleansing. **On a positive note, IntuitiveFish and LeeLoo were spot on. You're not the only one who had trouble purchasing from Joan. I bought a reading from her and there was no delivery, sent a cancellation request to her and there was no reply from her as well. I submitted a request to customer service and I got my refund. Its strange that she decided not to deliver the add-on or provide you a refund, I think you should contact customer service too.IP: Logged |

Just wanted to say a prediction of Eterna's is coming true. She said I would go out of the city for a few days with an older woman to relax because I needed to get away during July/AugustMy mom (the older woman) just notified me to go with her out of the city to get a away for a few days, I'm going guys I NEED it, I'm so stressed. I got a reading from Eterna and her predictions haven't come to pass yet...but I do think she was on to something, and I would definitely give her another go but right now I don't really need readings.
She saw my ex and I reconciling which is something completely different than any other reader has picked up...we will see!!! :-).IP: Logged |

She said I would have friendship trouble with S which at the time I was like yeh right. I got along better with her then A. But turns out one month in, I hung out more with A then S. And she fed picked up on some funny stuff I would say and do with my boyfriend lol
And yeh I opened dispute on PayPal. But PayPal takes forever

No reading or response from Madisun for me either. I ordered a week ago and emailed her at both email addresses. I guess I'm going to pursue a refund through PayPal at this point. I don't mind waiting for a reading, but not hearing anything, not even an acknowledgement of the order, is a bit much. IP: Logged |

Aw, sorry to hear that. Still no peep from her? I received the reading in around 4-5 days, but she responded before that. Perhaps now she received a bunch of orders again. Hopefully she'll get back to all of you. She's awesome! ------------------
