I actually looked back today at what my energy was like when he text me out the blue told me be missed me couldn't wait to see me and it had to be soon I was his angel and it was only me who had kept him alive
And asking me to meet him

I had had a reading short one 10 mins before he messaged me
So although I had cut back to one a week ish
Which for me was rly good the reading didn't seem to stop it

I had had a really fun work day that day and met a new friend who took me out for cocktails
I did mention him and that situation to her tho as we spoke about guys so it wasn't that I didn't mention him that day

I had turned a couple of meetings down as was busy and away abroad and I was definitely more distracted

Yes you are right I remember for weeks chanting things and writing things I didn't believe in at all or semi believed in till after a while it rly did shift my thinking

I've read the last few pages and I have to say it's interesting about LOA, cause I know many people have tried using it to bring back lost love. But thing is, seems like a lot of people resist letting go but not realizing it because it's such a hard concept to understand completely.

My time in England has been really strange in the last few weeks, in fact, things that has been happening was quite interesting because more or less it relates to my understanding in what connection is about in general.

I'm visiting a friend whom i've known in the last 10+ years, but the last couple of weeks was surprisingly filled with nothing but big misunderstanding and fights. But it's cleared up- with a new understanding about why I couldn't seem to let go of OD in the past. I think it's about core being.

When you are fundamentally different, no matter how much time you've spent with anyone, you can only reach tolerance and compromise but never an in-depth connection. Nothing wrong with this, it's just different.

OD and me connected in a way that just different, there was instant trust between us, and we felt we were understood and accepted in the way other people wouldn't tolerate (all platonic). Unfortunately, I fell in love with him in the way he probably could not (or would not) return it the same way. I got very sad and went to psychic readings (as you can tell) to find closure, only to be read hopeful outcomes.

But then I realized, why do I feel the need or want to be together with him so much?

After visiting his parents, faced with troubles with my very close friend and all that-, I realized, it really does not matter if OD and me got together or not. At all.

Yes, I still romantically love him. Yes, I feel a bit of a sting thinking he's committed with someone else. But c'est la vie, we can't force love and attraction.

But, meeting him made me realize what KIND of connection I've been CRAVING. And no one is ever going to perfectly fulfill all our emotional needs- but it's not about finding that perfect someone, but it's about finding connection that you need.

So, I rather have met him & recognizing that for myself than never at all, and that really is what matters.

Ever since I realized it, I let go. I also become more honest in my responses or conversation with him- rather than fearing my words with change things or whatever, I just say what's on my mind. I called him out on being distant, I call on his **** when he's being weird to others. I didn't care about how it will affect his view on me anymore- because really, if we're truly connected, as long as it's something I sincerely believe in & done or said out of honesty, there'll be no regrets.

As expected, he becomes way less distant- in platonic way. He starts to come around and not neglecting his social life anymore, going back to meet his friends. I no longer feel pang of anguish when I see his picture with his girlfriend, because I know they do not match- but she is his choice and who am I to say otherwise? I trust that he has thought about it and this is probably what he needs at this point of time in his life. I believe in his character and eventually the best outcome will come to him, who knows, maybe she will end up being the best thing that ever happen in his life!

I let go my attachment of having relationship with him while accepting that no matter how stupid it is, I do love him at least for the time being and that's ok. So I appreciate the lesson it was brought to my life, and just say whatever the hell on my mind to avoid regret.

Readings wise, I've gotten a lot of readings that manifested exactly the way it was said so far, so I do not discredit readings at all.

But i doubt about destiny. Relying on destiny will only mess our mind up- because there is a reason we're not meant to know them, perhaps many of us just cannot handle the present uncertainty it brings, so we sabotage things up and brings negativity in our lives. it's a control and knowledge that probably most of us cannot handle positively.

I think only get readings if it gives you things to think about & actual guidance in your mind rather than only making you wait for prediction to manifest since it doesn't help at all.

In conclusion, no I do not burn bridges with OD but I do let go of the idea having a relationship with him. I admit I love him even if it is one-sided since I value the connection we had. I just let go and trust his character (as a friend), while I live my own and beyond him. And I will still see him if he wants to see me (and we do have plans to meet January) because I know, eventually, it'll clear on its own anyway because I don't think we can be regular friends-- so either we stay in each others lives (platonic or more) or naturally part ways, and that will be the answer, and that's good.

It's true I've failed with it in the past where I a now succeeding in ways and it's because of the allowing and none resistance I think which actually means facing a lot of our wounds and issues
I'm not perfect but I'm noticing enough tly believe in it if you actually do truly perfect the technique

Best bet is her site thirdeyelive.com. Get yourself on the que and it usually goes quick. At least it does for me. Plus she sends an email out saying when she'll be on and she's supposed to be on all day. So you probably have a good chance of getting her. I talked to her last night. Had a few questions to clear up. She just rocks. Gave me a date of seeing the new guy so we'll see if it comes to pass.

The relationship reinvented root camp is something that Teal Swan addresses in that video, "Why you attracting the wrong person". Not so much in those terms, but the idea is the same.

As part of the exercise you're supposed to write a want ad of what subconsciously attract in a mate, which is supposed to allow you to make better choices.

This one I found funny:

"Searching for inconsiderate man, who loves to be in control and is selfish beyond measure. Must be self-centered, uncaring, and insecure. Someone who is judgmental, unaccepting, angry constantly, pessimistic, resentful, and a miser is an absolute must.
