Can you please share your experiences with:
Venus in 3rd house and uranus in 8th house of solar return chart.
In my upcoming solar return uranus has only 1 trine aspect with natal moon/jupiter.
Solar return venus is conjunct natal venus in 12th house and ascendant after 2 degrees.

About your question then.
I had a Venus in SR 3rd house squaring SR Uranus in SR 12th house the year i quit my job and went to university.

You see that aspect alone doesnt speak much about university.

But if take into consideration that SR ascendant fell into my natal 9th (higher learning/Universities etc) and conjuncted natal Venus, my natal chart ruler.

And that SR Uranus sat in Aries on my natal 6th (work) and that SR Mars was exactly conjunct SR Ascendant.
The picture, from my point of view, gets clearer.
