My gut-feeling is you might be a soul that is wanting/needing some kind of experience which requires you to be with a female who has a strong 17H vibration ... and Mars in Pisces/6th is (somehow) the reason why such an experience is required in the current lifetime.Note how the Neptune-Saturn dispositior chain is diverting the Venus energy to achieve a natal chart objective/"promise" involving your psychological foundations.
