If this is the person I think of, then light eyes and brown hair definitely matches, even the athletic body type.

The most important and common theme: Everyone I asked about my future spouse wrote I would most probably marry a foreigner and/or someone tall and athletic like you also wrote somewhere. Either through tarot readings, or my natal chart which has MAJOR signs of showing someone becoming my husband from another country. (Earlier I was not open to the idea at all, but since then became much more open-minded, especially that I also have plans to move abroad.)

Well, this has become a plausible possibility. I might already know who this person is. He is definitely a new person in my life (I'm done with being bogged down with the false idea of "old flames" coming back and such) We are still about to meet each other in person (we have a common friend who is also my ex-colleague from my last workplace). We were about to meet this Summer (the Leo season reference), but there was some kind of detour and it didn't happen, but I suspect this upcoming Scorpio season might indeed be significant for us (there are signs of that through cards)

He is indeed a foreiger from the USA, but his roots originate from my country. We share a similar life story with this person, we both experienced losses in our lives and have absent father figures, although his father has deceased and mine still lives, but I decided to cut him off for good. And we also have similar sexual trauma from our childhood to work with - alongside with the same core values and orientation (we are asexual)

So, we have a lot in common, very deep things to bond over, at the same time we have our differences, too. He indeed likes having fun (his Venus is in Leo conjunct my natal MC and opposes my natal Saturn), so he'd be a very good source of balacing my seriousness out which I am very prone to. And, he is Virgo Sun!!

We both are stuck in scepticism (like you also wrote in one of the threads above) due to our past experiences, our common friend even told me he's had only one girlfriend many-many years ago, and since then closed himself completely off from everything - but he's been doing the recovery and the healing towards self-love and self-respect just like me.

I still haven't met this potential person in person yet, but I'm 99% sure he fits the description. Currently, he is going through his Saturn return in addition to the bunch of retrogrades we had to experience over the last couple of months, delays and detours on his side, too, due to circumstances and his work. No idea and info on when he'd visit my country next time.

His natal Venus is in Leo exactly on the top of his natal chart (conjunct my MC) 'shining down' on the rest in his chart. He has shoulder length curly black hair, dark brown eyes, at the same time fairly feminine features like his lips and a sweet innocent face. Warm and friendly to those close to him just like you wrote.

Our common friend (and my ex-colleague) is a Sag just like me and frequently comes through as the Queen of Wands in my readings. I can see the 9 of Wands as well. I am thinking if this pairing could perhaps signify what I experienced at my previous workplace while she was my colleague - major burnout and now recovery period since the middle of Summer (which has started near Leo season as well), even the additional cards (Empress + 8 of Swords) fit - I was stuck in a higher position which turned out to be a dead-end I felt the need to escape from. From a different angle, my natal Venus is in Scorpio (8th sign of the zodiac) seems to fit your description, too

SR Sun (the Leo reference) exactly conjunct the SR 7H cusp in Sag

My person of interest has only North Node in Sagittarius - both in his natal and current progressed chart.

When I have my birthday there are always number candles on my cake. In December I will be 31, and a few days ago I was toying with the idea of changing up to mirror both digits and making it seem like 13.
