After a pretty disappointing turn of events regarding my recent salary review, I requested a discussion from my manager - who otherwise told me I shouldn't be too worried about this raise, as he sees huge potential in me, and there might be promising things coming for me for the future.

He was pretty cryptic about this info, expressing he didn't want to spoil anything just yet. And he was the 2nd person doing this, hiding what's yet to come.

My Q: Until the end of this year can I expect any huge changes regarding my position, like a potential promotion?

Seems like what your boss was pointing to would be keeping you in the dark for a short while. Then it looks like the work that you end up with may feel burdened with excessive pressures all while trying to achieve goals unless this describes the job you currently have. If you are currently feeling burdened or under excessive pressure, then things should be getting resolved for the better. You'll be working in tandem with someone else there in your new role or will get some help, but there may be some problems or disputes coming with this new position or help. The clarifiers are showing that in the end you may not be happy. There's a platonic friend that will help you in some way with all of this.

At this moment, I work as an "associate supervisor" assisting the supervisor of our 3 teams. I already have more responsibility to deal with at this time, but it comes naturally to me, I can manage burdens well to a certain extent, and I have a pretty good sense how to manage my time well independently.

If I'd become a supervisor myself, I'd also have to choose someone to assist me, so this is why the "You'll be working in tandem with someone else there in your new role or will get some help," part still keeps me a bit puzzled - it can either refer to a potential promotion, or no promotion at all and staying put in my current one. c:

And the " but there may be some problems or disputes coming with this new position or help." - I was promoted last year to my current position, and there were jealous and envious ppl everywhere, especially the person I used to work closely with on a daily basis within our small team of 2. My other interpretation - not surprisingly - considering the world events, probably also involves Covid (literally called the Coronavirus) When I was shuffling my oracle deck, the Anxiety card was peeking out for a few times, signifying the intense fear of contracting the disease.

If there were some kind of delays in the process, then in the next couple of months I can see things moving ahead, fate bringing other possibilities on the table up for consideration. As there are 3 male figures in the spread with the Emperor standing out, I can see a significant male figure being involved in the situation.
The King of Cups and the Page of Cups are facing each other. This King finally pours out liquid from his cup, and the fishy is jumping out of the Page's cup. The tea will be spilled, some kind of news will be arriving, it might be surprising news, but in a good way. Perhaps something which wasn't thought of before, but suddenly some kind of "eureka" moment comes out of it. On your reading...it showed too rapid advancement, so it looks like you will be promoted to a full supervisor..maybe your boss knows how things went with the others being jealous and wants to keep a lid on it..could be someone that is a supervisor is leaving, but hasn't left yet. Hopefully he is truthful about what's to come. I did see the jealousy in the cards, too, and wondered how that fit with your boss, so it's your coworkers.

There would most likely be more for me to do, but at first the plan is to have home health people coming in and then go from there. The last scenario seems to fit best as I'm planning on making her a special meal for when she returns home. She turned 97 years old earlier this month.

Yeah, once our boss told us that they usually keep a lid on major things going on behind the scenes, because they don't want any rumors spreading to cause any jealousy and arguments. At the same time, he exactly knows what happened before, I've already expressed him the whole story in what ways my co-worker tried to attack me, it was a whole nightmare... Some feed back on my mom. After I pressed them about a discharge date, she came home on April 2nd. Thinking about the three male figures in the reading, the home health people were telling me that a man from the company she has her health insurance with will be stopping by the week of the 26th..I'm unsure as to the reason for their visit, though, but wonder if he might be one of the male figures. In the rehab facility, there might have been only one male--the doctor and the rest were women. She is doing well with the hip issue, but now seems to be having another issue not related to that.

Hope all is going well with your new position.

You're also most likely on the mark with what you read for my mom having difficulties with CAD as she doesn't seem to be sleeping well now... i.e. she sleeps better sitting up than laying down. I have transiting mars getting closer to making a exact conjunction to my natal moon in cancer..early next month and when it does, it will happen the day after her doctor's appointment, so I'm wondering if some test results will come back abnormal then. I plan on calling the doctor today, though, as I wake up most of the times when she does.. glad in one way because she needs my helo or I would have more cleaning to do, but I do need my sleep, too.

In astrology I've read--when the majority of your natal planets are on the right side of your chart (from the 4th to 10th houses), you are in a reaping incarnation. If the majority are on the left side of your chart, you are in a sowing incarnation. The reaping incarnation tends to be more tied to destiny.

I remember asking how things would play out relationship wise if I had moved to Colorado and one reader thought I would be lonely there, which made me wonder where the "one" for me would be living.
