Thank you for this reading! It does resonate. I’m looking for a new job, so maybe that good news in the spring could be in regards to that? Possibly thinking a move, so spot on with that as well. There’s also a couple things I’d like to move forward from so hoping that is what cycle is ending. If I remember to, at the end of the year I will let you know how it all went.

Is she an earth sign? Darker hair etc.
Either way. I see this woman massively taking advantage of you. She's only about the money. She sees you as a golden opportunity to make money. Looks like you want to find a better agent but just don't have the money for it. And she knows it and plays that to her advantage....

LOL, crazy! but she's Black, and the last two jobs, I've found on my own and had to pay the company 10%. She doesn't own the company, just a manager, but she does at times act like she;s responsible for the work I've found. So I'll look into another agent, but I still have to pay her 10% even if the job is found by another agent.

Another thing...s o I've been at my job since Jan 6th and my boss just informed me she's letting go of an employee that has been there for 6 years...and thinking selling her film company. I work as the house manager. Do you have any sight on what may happen?
Obviously, there are going to be some changes. She's spoken to me about selling the company and dispensing the film team, and having more time for herself. Her kids are pretty grown, and she's looking to downsize her house too. So i'm wondering if my role may change or she might offer to help me find another role or something.
