Obviously, there are going to be some changes. She's spoken to me about selling the company and dispensing the film team, and having more time for herself. I'm seeing in time with patience there will be a new change but honestly I don't see an ending but to grow more, not seeing it either.

Now this offer she might propose after she presents it (Moon, Judgement and rev 3 of wands)will require your strength. As it could mean you'll passively wait for improvement or another offer outside of her company. The downsizing, restructuring will require your passively awaiting her final decision which could be mid March. This might be a cut in hours, salary or both.
Your clarification suggests you'll be happy after this is implemented. Maybe you wanted a schedule change and this will better suit you or the pay might remain close enough to exceptable for your needs.

I really don't see you leaving but not growing either.

I also received the 3 of cups when I did a reading so this resonates. The money is really great, I definitely see her downsizing, and she's so wealthy that hopefully she doesn't cut my pay.

But I think bc there's no growth, I may go back to my agency and see about other positions.
