Saille,
Yes. Pluto, mars and others too. Your query ..

Update on me!
I've been at my job since Jan 6th and my boss just informed me she's letting of an employee that has been there for 6 years...and thinking selling her film company. I work as the house manager. Do you have any sight on what may happen to my position?
Obviously, there are going to be some changes. She's spoken to me about selling the company and dispensing the film team, and having more time for herself. Her kids are pretty grown, and she's looking to downsize her house too. So i'm wondering if my role may change or she might offer to help me find another role or something. Thanks!
This is interesting. Presumably she's aware you still need/want your position.
Your cards: Temperance - Nine of Cups - Moon, 3 of wands with clarifiers
Judgment and rev of wands
CLARIFICATION for the whole reading
Strength and 3 of Cups.
I'm seeing in time with patience there will be a new change but honestly I don't see an ending but to grow more, not seeing it either.
The take away is you'll probably be happy with what she offers so you'll remain in employment.
Of course if this will give you "enough" to make it worth your efforts.
More detailed:
Your money could *change possibly decreased. THat might make you want to leave if it is cut as far as 50%. (I rolled two die and between them they are 5 "change").
Via the cards I see her looking at ways to revise the position so she'll see her own interest satisfied (9oC) & you're satisfied too if willing to adjust. Now this offer she might propose after she presents it (Moon, Judgement and rev 3 of wands)will require your strength. As it could mean you'll passively wait for improvement or another offer outside of her company. The downsizing, restructuring will require your passively awaiting her final decision which could be mid March. This might be a cut in hours, salary or both.
Your clarification suggests you'll be happy after this is implemented. Maybe you wanted a schedule change and this will better suit you or the pay might remain close enough to exceptable for your needs.
I really don't see you leaving but not growing either.
I really hope this helps and that the best outcome is offered to you from her.
