Is it the MC I should be looking at or the north node?

I have MC in Sagittarius in the 10th house conjunct Neptune and south node. Jupiter and Uranus also joins them there.
I am Pisces rising so my chart ruler/s are in the 10th house.

Any help would be so greatly appreciated xx

For purpose I like to combine the MC and the North Node. MC as more of the content and role and the NN as more of the direction to develop. South Node on the MC is interesting, feels like there was a career you did in a past life or perhaps is a part of your family legacy? I would interpret this as a purpose to develop more roots, focus on home, family or the land in some way. In gemini feels like a connector or translator. someone who builds bridges or juggles many things. with sag on the other end my first instinct is a purpose that is worldly, but takes place more so in many diff cities or areas by connecting them in some way? maybe distribution of some kind, bringing worldly things or ideas to the local level to peoples homes. There is a balance of teacher student with the sag / gemini polarity. Curious where your Mercury is? That might tell you a little more about the North node direction

Mercury is at 28* Gemini in the 4th house.

At the moment I am an online spiritual influencer, channeller, teacher and intuitive tarot reader. I work with people all over the world.
I also write poetry online and share that with people all over the world. I had a poem published.
In the past I’ve worked mainly with children as an early years teacher but since having my own have been more drawn to spiritual work.

I understand having Uranus conjunct Jupiter in the 10th house can bring erratic changes in career. Which seems to be happening and it’s very confusing to know where my energy would be best focused.
