Hi Terri,

I知 new and I really enjoy reading all the info on this site. I知 ready to learn more about my chart and astrology.

What element is your Sun Sign?

Libra ~ Air

How do you feel this element expresses it痴 self in your daily life?

I知 a very shy person, until I get to know a person better. Once I get to know you, then I値l talk your ear off. I知 really not one to make fast decisions in my life. When I finally do make up my mind it is final. Seems to just take me longer than others. LOL I seem to want to learn & discover new things all the time. I read everything or anything I can get my hands on. Not much for watching TV would rather just sit outside with a good book.

In terms of compatibility, signs are considered compatible if they belong to the same element.

Not sure. New at this!

Do you agree or disagree?

I do have a very strong connection with a fellow {aqua} air sign in my life at the moment.

Have you seen this in your own life?

Both my high school sweetheart and my ex were Cancers {water}. I have a lot of water elements in my chart. Could that be why both of the longest relationships I ever had were water elements?

My elemets:
Air ~ Sun, Mercury, N. Node, MC
Fire ~ Moon
Water ~ Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune
Earth ~ Uranus, Pluto, ASC

Birth time: September 29, 1965 3:48am Dallas, TX USA

Thanks,
Lucy

I don't think she's around any more.

Discussion Question: What element is your Sun Sign? How do you feel this element expresses it痴 self in your daily life?

I am on the cusp of scorpio and libra and therefore I am air and water element. I am mental air but libran colored but I am intuitive like water. But, looking at my overall natal chart I am Earth and fire elements so it's a while to get up and started but once on the roll it's difficult to stop. However it depends if one is looking at spiritual birth rather than natal birth for chart rectification and accuracy. Yes, I am a go-getter but I find it hard to stop and can get burned out.

Your comments bring up an interesting discussion about "cusps"...before I actively became a student of astrology I believed in the concept of cusps but now that I have a better understanding of the natal chart I no longer do. Your sun has a degree...you are either a Libra or a Scorpio depending on the degree. There is no such thing as a "cusp" that will allow you to share qualities of both signs.

That's my school of thought anyway, which I think is shared by the majority of members of LL. I do believe you will find some members who might feel that as your Sun approaches Scorpio, it will begin to get influenced by the sign...undoubtedly there has been discussion on the topic before.

This of course, is a separate discussion apart from the balance of elements in your natal chart. You mention that you have a predominance of Earth and Fire planets, which is different from the element of your Sun sign, and of course will have an influence on your personality.

Linda was adamant about cusps not being real; she said you are either one Sign or the other.

Thanks starofvenusgirl down the rabbit hole and randall. I am all for Linda Goodman's stand that there are no cusps that you are either one or another sun sign. Knowing this information I am a full blooded scorpio; water element and very intuitive but moody. Silly billy me, I was talking about the whole natal chart and spiritual chart and not just the sun sign element dear me skippy I have clicked my Alice in wonderland shoes and gone to see the Queen.
