I don't own any turquoise, but I read that it's lucky if a friend gives you one. I plan on giving one to my friend who has lived a hard life.My Grandma had a native American friend give her turquoise jewelry. IP: Logged |

I also read that amethyst should not be left in the Sunlight a long time, or it will turn green. I didn't listen. Now my amethyst necklace has a green streak in it. IP: Logged |

I can't find my book at the moment(maybe I should wear my blue quartz more often. haha), but I know that the book talks about Sapphire. I got gem advice for what I was going through and was recommended I wear snowflake obsidian, Pink Calcite, Chrysoprase, Rhyolite and sodalite. makes sense since I don't own any of these stones except for a sodalite bracelet, I bought that one a few months ago, and haven't worn it much yet. my grandma who passed has a pin that says Canadian jade on it. It has to fake, plus it looks too dark to be a real jade. IP: Logged |

Finally started to deep clean my room and I found my book. Here is some info in my book about sapphires. It says that Sapphire is good for the 3rd eye chakra. Known as a "guiding stone" of kings and emperors. The mystic Hildegard von Bingen believed it to be a powerful talismen against madness and demonic possession. It was also believed by others to cure "madness of love." Blue sapphire is especially known spiritual enlightenment, and inner peace. IP: Logged |

btw I've been wearing my sapphire earrings a lot lately. I've had some spiritual things happen to me, and I'm better at letting certain things not eat away at me anymore. IP: Logged |

and now that I know more, I know what the spiritual thing was. I was close to having an out of body experience. Some people hear unexplainable noises before they get the "vibrations." I've been wearing my sodalite bracelet lately. I'm liking it. IP: Logged |

Yeah, I've read about turquoise changing colour with health.I wonder if the Thunder Bay Agates were the ones you were talking about, Stawr? http://michelepeterson.com/1044-thunder-bay-rocks/lake-superior-and-agate-beach/ We have an Agate Beach on the Coast as well. I think I saw them on Healing Crystals, or it might have been Amethyst. http://www.healingcrystals.com/New_Arrival___Auralite_23_Massage_Wands_Articles_9411. html Hematite is one of the many different bands in this Amethyst.

I used to have a Montana Blue Lace Agate. I tried to pop up a Thread that had the difference between a Great Lakes Agate and a Thunder Bay one, but it was being recalcitrant. Think one was like a Geode, with the Crystal Formations within, and the other one wasn't; but it may have given different Matrix conditions for the two as well. IP: Logged |

Did I just see a post by Charmaine about the stone turning yellow when ill? Or am I sliding to other Uni-verses? IP: Logged |
