TBH I have never heard anything good about this psychic. However, was picking up Osho's meditations by the library and picked up her book as well. Incidentally, the library no longer wanted me to read the Osho book and they kept it in the store. I borrowed Sylvia Browne's instead. Her book is beautiful, has many deep meditations and shows someone who does understand the symbols, angels and God. Just wondering if anyone has any brushins with her, either a follower of her radio shows, her books or just her in general. Any opines appreciated. IP: Logged |

There was also a boy kidnapped that she told his parents that he was dead, and he was found alive years later. There was another case where this happened, but I don't remember the details. One of my coworkers spent $500 on a reading with her! When I heard that I literally felt sick to my stomach. Sylvia told her she would find love, but it wouldn't be for at least 5 years(she's 39). So with that in mind, she won't take any man seriously for the next 5 years. I was about to go off about Sylvia, and the times where she was wrong, but my coworker was getting teary eyed just talking about it. I just told her to keep her heart open, and know that when she found this man he would be well worth the wait. It just bothered me because I don't think that people that truly have this gift should charge these ridiculous rates for readings. They are given this gift to help people, not line their own pockets. I always felt like her and Montel were running some kind of scheme to sell her countless books. I'd like to think better of Montel, but I just feel like Sylvia is greedy, and I'm sure Montel got a big cut of her book sales. I think she's money motivated, and spiritual people typically don't put such importance on material wealth. IP: Logged |

Unfortunatley we will always have rotten apples who will take avantage of the vulnerable. They tend to forget for every action there is a reaction. I feel so sorry for those who fall victims to these leeches. They obviously don't give a damn how they hurt others with their deceit/manipulation. It just shows how ruthless and cold hearted they are. IP: Logged |

This book "meditations" by Sylvia is really great though. I know how much flack she's been getting. But that book! It's just awesome. I been doing them page by page daily. Never found something so comprehensive.I think Sylvia is air headed. Greedy yes but air headed. A smart psychic won't prove her powers on air cuz if they're wrong they're gunna be neg repercussions. I guess her image isn't good. Does any1 know if the police are able to help with psychic scams that involve lots of money? Let's say Sylvia did a reading or some psychic work for 5k and was a scam, would FBI retrieve the funds for the people? IP: Logged |

Watching the whole Montel thang go down made me sick to my stomach too. I very much felt like Sylvia was forgetting to turn up the volume on the humble. IP: Logged |

Just wanted to share a good meditation of her book. I find 85% of them fantastic. It's really simple and powerful. I hope someone finds it useful. If u do this I believe it will help you especially if along the way something unexpected happened that needed releasing.

My aunt's first husband disappeared, and I think someone in his family went on the Montel show. About it. When all of this was going on, I was kind of too young to understand, and I barely knew the guy. I think she said he was hiding out with a group of people, but then later said he is dead.Either way there is still no psychical proof that is alive or dead.
