When i was a toddler my mom said i use to say the Italian word for eat, she found out what it meant from a neighbor. She also said that i would make a gesture as if i were eatting, does that mean i was Italian in my past life? or could i have learned it somehow? IP: Logged

All I did was sit in a dark room, stared at the flame while breathing deeply without blinking, really concentrating on the flame. Then I stared at the mirror & really looked into my eyes. My face started changing, it was the SCARIEST thing ever. My nose dissapeared & I noticed my skin becoming darker. That person or thing wasn't me. I stopped it right away because I felt really scared. Anyways, this is a one time thing & I am never doing this again. I was curious about my past lives but now I have no desire of finding out who I was. I guess sometimes it's better not to know. Just sharing my experience here on lindaland because no one in real life would believe me, my mom is a religious christian who doesn't believe in the 'occult' & my friends only believe in science & nothing beyond that. I did it once and it scared the day lights out of me.. never did it again either. Afterwards, I wondered if my mind was playing tricks on me because when you stare intently and concentrate, it's as if you enter an hyponic state (the best way to describe it). Also, at the time, I wasn't sure whether if I saw myself or someone else. It was just creepy and at the time.
