I think its very real but if you want to add more tell them of the type of person you are (focus on the good stuff ) and how much you believe those qualities are what this institution needs

Do you know what they ask you? Is it known to be really hard? If you get really nervous maybe practicing talking in front of a mirror may help.

na i heard some of the question they ask but they put lots of attention to body language and things like that and not only anwsers

this can really ruins someones job in the militairy if he misbehaves or gives anwsers that the unit he wants to be accepted into doesent want

the job i wanted to do was excatly that...i wanted to be a psychotechnic interviewer just like the one who is going to question me....it sounds SO interesting

hehe i did everything other than that XD

the computers there stopped working and lines got longer so i didnt have the time to finish all 4 sections
