I didn't know where else to post this.At times I felt that I didn't have words for my feelings and how I felt.Just overwhelmed! I am really happy to recently find Mood Rings/ Chains. It really helps to know what I am feeling and changing my thoughts. It is great to know when my body is taken over by fear and change my attitude to positive thoughts. Just sharing not promoting. Ha! I remember those! I remember back when I was in the 4th grade those things were really popular. I had one before but that was 10 years ago, I don't see anyone selling them anymore where I live.IP: Logged |
