Well, I found this dream to be very interesting! At first, I did not get it (maybe I still do not! ), but after reading it a few times, I noticed a correlation between it and what you have been seeking. From there, everything else seemed to fall into place.

Could this train station be a "training" station of sorts? I think so. In fact, to me it feels like a symbolic representation of what could be called the Akashic Hall of Records. Many people from different eras, research, books, and library-like ... and I like the train symbolism here. Trains travel on a track, a fixed path, which is perfect symbolism for those who enter Akasha, do their research, and then journey straight back to their specific place, or time (where/whenever their bodies are). And in waking life, you have been attempting to glean information from your Records, to piece together whatever you can of your past-lives.

I am not completely sure what Eric represents, but writing to him could be symbolic of the personal nature of the information you seek, and he could possibly have been an actual person involved in this past-life which seems to revovle around the Germans. Enter the Nazis. Their presence throughout the dream is confusing and intimidating, reflecting the energies surrounding this past-life, at least from your present perspective.

Your effort to uncover this past-life is reflected in the dream, as you say, "I couldn't put all the pieces together yet and I couldn't quite remember exactly what I wrote". Your dream self suggests that the full story (the full letter) might be available through the use of psychic communication (fax machine), non-verbal communication of the internal type such as intuition, meditation, inner reflection and the like. It is suggested that in your quest to put together the pieces, by keeping an open mind and an open line of communication with yourSelf, perhaps there will be a yeild of "all sorts of information", though much of it may not be what you expect. I get the feeling that "Eric" may provide a thread which could lead you to information back before it was cloaked by birth amnesia or other subconscious blocks (ripped it into long strips).
