Hello Lara  Very disturbing indeed. Have these dreams helped you gain an understanding of anything about your current life? How have they affected you, your life, your thoughts, your beliefs, besides being horrible memories? Do you wish to release them? Or at least the emotions associated with them? Walk in Peace

Hi RaThey do make sense. I see them as past life dreams now and am certain that l have met some of the people involved in my adult life. They have affected me by making me very aware of karma, my soul and my past lives. I try to lessen my karma in this life as a direct result of understanding them. The emotions associated with them l have tried to release but a part of the emotions stays with me, as if l have experienced it in this life, does that make any sense? lol I do wish to release them as l have no further need for them, other than understanding and integration.
