Stawr, ManyMoones, and everyone."Dream Interpretation" is a practice of its own.
There are interpretation resources available online.
For example, I took a phrase out of Stawr's dream and put it in the google Search bar.
ASKED: "A dream where I am falling on my back"
and I got pages of responses.
There are online Dream Dictionaries available. This is one of them.

You can also search 'dream interpretations' on YouTube.
I put Stawrs dream theme in the search, and this is one among many that came up:
Answer: "Psychologist and dreams expert Ian Wallace interprets what it means when you dream about falling, and wake up suddenly as a result."

Stawr, you warmed my heart when you mentioned dreaming about Dr. Phil.
One of the ways you might use that, is to ask self--
'what do you remember most of the phrases Dr Phil uses'?
Laughing, one of the phrases I recall from his show,
after someone explained their problem to him,
was his asking: "So, how's that workin' for ya?"
Look at all the people you listed after Dr Phil's name.
What do they have in common?
..
Are you doing some of the same things they are noted for?
..
Then ask self (for example)==
How's that working out for you?
OR (for example) with knowing generally that they were into hard drugs..
Examine-- What would happen to 'you' if you lived your life that same way?
One of the cool things about Dreams is 'trying out' behaviors and see the kinds of possible consequences OF those behaviors. Because they didn't happen in 'real' life, you get to make choices based on 'what ifs'; and 'how would you feel'. You can even ask each character in the dream how they each felt. Let them 'talk' to you.
A popular movie shown during the Holidays is the story of Charles Dicken's character 'Scrooge'. The character goes home, and has a very lucid dream/vision. He is shown a life review of Past, then to the Present; then he is shown the consequences of his behavior should he continue the trajectory he is on. Ghost of Christmas Future has him kneeling in a grave yard. Ghost is pointing at a gravestone.
Scrooge 'Wakes up' in more ways than one,
and changes his life based on that dream event!

There are more videos compilations available of sayings he uses.
ManyMoones .. You prolifically dream of mystical symbols. You might explore occult meanings. Here are samples of interpretations you can find online, or on YouTube.
There are several other youtube channels that teach about Animal Totems

. .
You have so many 'mystical' shamanic type images in your dreams. You might wish to listen to some of the channels about Totem Animals.
Get a binder or notebook and collect the findings for yourself. If you keep a dream journal too? Go to your binder and write in the date of dream about that animal. Some day you'll go back over the things that happen in life when you dream of those animals.
This one on the Gecko is VERY touching.
I hope you find good answers.
~ There are videos on getting rid of those tiny lizards.
~ Other videos on how to make them into House Pets.
~ There are some that call them demonic visitations... LOL.
You decide.
Here's another type of video with a 'mundane' interpretation.
Afterwards, the person gives around an 8-minute mini-class on Dream Interpretation.

Again, 'Only for the first two minutes' is where he gives the interpretation for 'lizards'.
Next, he continues for around 8 minutes to give a "mini-class" on Dream Interpretations, its history, its use in psychology, and the science of it.
* Speaks of theories using psychological approach-- for example, how Freud and Jung used dreams in psychoanalysis. Of course, EVERYTHING was 'sexual' to Freud who was high on addictive-drugs and obviously sexually too frustrated?? LOL ... ~oy.
* Speaks of dream use in ancient Egyptian times.
* Speaks of modern dream phenomena-- like lucid dreams, and brain effect of having used hallucinogens.
Dream Incubation --
Back in the 1970s I had taken several courses on methods of Dream Interpretation with Dr. Henry Reed, a then-popular speaker from A.R.E. (inspired by Edgar Cayce readings). Gave workshops in several places in the USA, and abroad.
Later, he created a community with some of the attendees of his workshops, called 'Sundance'. He published findings in a journal. Some of those articles can be found online.
Psych-program at M.I.T. had worked with volunteers. They did an experiment on dream-seeding. Giving self the 'suggestion' to dream about a certain topic, then writing out the dream afterwards. (You can find some shorter YouTubes on that.)
I remember how there can be a 'physical' component to Dreams. Your brain picks up on messages from parts of the body that may (for example) have an infection, and the 'images' in the dream might even have it symbolically depicted.
I had read that some of the first dreams we have might have a 'physical' component to them. The body might give a health status included in the various scenes, symbols, and processes shown.
. .
Physical Example, a refrigerator that is too jammed full-- could mean that your digestive track may need you to 'chill' and eat more lightly so that any overwhelm to the body can correct itself.
