Generally, if you make a tea out of it, you'd only need a sip or two to induce an effect. Also, think of it as a multi-day process. Often I'll take the mugwort and then two days later I'll have a lucid dream. I will say that HANDS DOWN the BEST methods for Astral Projection and lucid dreaming are in the book "Adventures out of the Body" by William Buhlman. No herbs or supplements necessary. IP: Logged

That means you are having an OBE. I have no idea, but I did have a dream where my body went up to the ceiling and I did not know how to get down.
