I found a side effect of taking Vitamin B12 supplements (especially the kind you let dissolve in your mouth first because those allow more of the vitamin to enter the bloodstream before the digestive juices can break them down) made me remember a lot more of my dreams.

I then realized how boring most of my dreams are despite that I have quite a few that blow others away, like in one it felt like I was washing dishes for hours. I hated that. On the other hand, it also increased my ability to lucid dream before waking up with varying degrees of awareness (in some I just knew I could do whatever I want, while in others I was aware I was dreaming, but if I'm fully aware that I'm dreaming I'm likely to wake up all too soon).

It helped me think clearer as well. I was worked so ragged that I felt like I was "thinking through a fog." That's when someone gave me some B12 supplements that did help me as promised, and I noticed the side effects of my dreams.

(Fun fact, it's either B12 or B6 that helps people having a bad trip on drugs like LSD that can calm them down and feel more in control of their trip. At least so said some "psychonauts." )

On a side note, I saw some supplements for sale that claimed to increase your intelligence, which I highly doubted even though it was sold in a pharmacy, until I read that the side effects included "possible depression." At that point I thought maybe they did work after all. (No, I didn't try them. Besides, the depression struck me as a loophole, if you tried to sue for them not working then they could make a case you were depressed which lowered your mental abilities, which you probably would be if you didn't feel the effects after paying that much.)

It actually hurt a little to read that..specially last year I felt most of my dreams were quite boring so I know what you mean, it has improved this year in part bc I started putting on my face Mugwort oil before going to bed, I started to occasionally have dreams that were not super boring again thanks to this. Oils can help, Jasmine oil too.

I will keep this in mind and get me some B12! Anything that can help with focus and thinking clearly I can benefit from too so double whammy.

I started taking yesterday Galantamine which is actually for Alzheimers but can help too with focus, learning and lucid dreaming supposedly. We shall see.

I had this dream oil arrive today that I ordered:
http://artoftheroot.com/products/dream-oil-for-prophetic-dreams-visions-clairvoy ant-awareness#

It smells like the Garden of Adam and Eve. Made with Rose, Chamomile, Sandalwood, Thyme, Mugwort and a touch of Cinnamon, Dream Oil comes in a ½ oz bottle.

I've been occasionally using it but never had clear recall after. Could be I need a specific brand? No idea. I wanted recall though.

The dream oil thing I got smells great but has done nothing for recall for me last night but I should give it more of a chance but I did buy mugwort a while ago that was not mixed with any other oils and it did improve my recall, I had more dreams I remembered but it could have also been transits and is just a coincidence.

I have been putting a larger quantity of the oil dream on me and I have been dreaming 3 days in a row BUT I feel the transits are more telling of why I am having more dreams and better recall. Tr SELENE is opposing my SUN exact and TR ENDYMION is cojunct exact Tr URANUS and trine my natal PALLAS.

Transits seem to be a more consistent predictor of me having dreams that catch my attention and I am able to recall I feel.

I have dreamt now 4 days in a row...Tr Selene is one second away from my SUN at 28d09.

Tr Selene in Pisces at 28d09
My Sun in Virgo at 28d08

Lets see if as it separates if I continue to have good recall at least once a week and then I will think the dream oil with the Galantamine pill may be playing a role and is not just the transits.

Melatonin is supposed to help with remembering lucid dreams.

if you heard of Levaerane root ~ I think it's the Valeria root maybe but there's another one, xhosa root. I heard of them from this clip ~
