Now at 32 I've had dreams where I can rise above the ground. Some people say those dreams can be projections. Weird signs and patterns in real life.
Currently have Uranus, NN in my 12th house.

Natally I have Mercury(ruling planet) in the 12th house and Uranus and Neptune in the 8th house. The water in my chart is Cancer Jupiter, Venus Pisces, Scorpio Moon, Pluto, and Lilith.

I do have to say, though, that even though you encounter your fears and such in the etheric body, you're still vibrating at a higher rate than the physical. You actually have even more access to your fears while in the astral because your thoughts and feelings manifest outwardly much faster there than in the physical.
So that actually makes the etheric a great place to work to transmute your fears if you're ready to face them head-on and have some tools ready.
In that case, the transformational effect can be faster than in the physical, depending on the person and situation.

I believe you really have to be committed to spiritual development when in the etheric because you have access to both the lower and higher astral and you can get distracted by other things pretty easily if you're not focused.
That being said, when you access any higher vibrational body from your physical body, it's already an opportunity to have easier access to other higher vibrational realities than directly from the physical awareness, so it's still worth it to do this with the above disclaimer that you should be focused on spiritual development.

Pluto was square my Saturn-ruler of my Sun and Mercury and co-ruler of my Venus and Desc. I was not my usual self during this cycle--a lot of shadow stuff came up to the surface to be worked on. Again, I was slower vibratory than usual, and what I mean by that, I was more enmeshed in ego and the material, was more selfish and fear based, more separative, etc.

So why a lot of folks can't seem to have classic OBE's: What sometimes happens, as it happened with self, is that when a person enters into an altered state of consciousness (like deeper meditation), they naturally start to phase into the emotional or mental levels of self. Again, it doesn't feel as "real", because it's less connected or rather resonant with the physical energies.

Such people actually have a hard time phasing into their etheric body/level--doing so is like going backwards for them.

Some people need those training wheels--like Robert A. Monroe initially did. Bob was raised in an atheistic, intellectual, and materialist household. His family and him didn't believe in anything outside of the physical. So when he first started having nonphysical experiences, his guidance/Expanded self had to slap training wheels on him and the experiences. It had to feel and seem very real in a physical like way for him to believe in it.

Many years after his initial OBE's, Bob realized the truth of the matter and that it was all about phasing one's vibrational rates, via consciousness, into various different levels, and that one wasn't "going" anywhere in a spatial sense, because in the nonphysical, in consciousness, there is no outer and no inner.

Individuals that come in knowing/sensing that the nonphysical is real, etc, often are already operating at a faster vibratory rate, and again, trying to have a classic OBE like Bob and others, is hard for them to do because their natural inclination is to phase into their faster vibratory levels like the emotional or mental (which is GOOD because there are less limitations and human baggage in these levels).

Currently, it's rare for humans to consciously phase into the spiritual level. The kind of people who can and do this, can demonstrate so called miracles and the like. These are folks like Yeshua (Jesus) who could disappear in a crowd, manifest food, etc.

I'm not talking about the fakes like Sai Baba who did simple and obvious slight of hand tricks with "manifesting" watches and the like--that's just trickery. Anyways, the people who can do the former for real are rare. Some of us service souls do some of this stuff unconsciously during our sleep state though. But that is another topic.
