In a public bathroom, I found in the sink a newborn; neck hoisted by a colander, laying in the bowl of seemingly-cold but actually-warm running water; it reached out to grab my hand. (all are welcome to join the one-sentence dream log; imagine this becoming quite the surrealist poetry) IP: Logged |

Could the baby have been left in the warm water to bring it the symbiotic feeling of being in womb still?
Left with colander to protect from drowning? No idea why. Do you feel this is you in the dream Vansio? Maybe You feel you need, even if not natural, warmth to be nurtured. Even if to others it's perceived (looks like cold water) as non nurturing, you are still comfortable and are doing all you can to accept this *less than natural comfort? IP: Logged |

I dreamt that I was looking after the Toddler daughter of an actress, and she ran into an elevator, just as the doors closed; I couldn’t find her, the actress did get her back, and I was getting hit by a stranger, for letting it happen. (I dreamed other things, too, but that is all that I remember. Sacred days of Yule spread said a dream might hold an important clue to what lies ahead in the new year - if so, I’m going to be 100% hermit.) IP: Logged |
