Thank you, Snake Lady. It is wonderful that you can experiment in that way and do a conscious work on your psyche and with the astral body. I am all for that kind of experimentation and internal discovery. I do believe that grounding is required as a pre-requisite. It seems to me that, maybe along this kind of enterprise, the physical body is better be cleansed as well as the mind by the right, healthy diet and likewise healthy habits. And surely one will need to take care of the emotional facet. All in all, it is very releasing to be able to have some control over those nocturnal experiences, revealing and deepening a whole renewed realm of existence.IP: Logged |
