I see that they are symbolic for longevity, protection, and wisdom.

Tanks Stawr. In the dream her's was a snake. But I think she has had other dreams with some other/different associations as well, but I don't remember clearly. Oh the jokes I make about the snake part, so many to choose from, biblical, sexual/phallic, etc.

What do you think your totem(s) are?

My mom went through an Evangelical phase, and does not like snake symbols. She saw me reading a blog with a picture of a snake when I was borrowing her laptop, and she was like "I do not want to see that on my laptop" LOL

Gosh....well in real life dragonflies seem to be near me. On a trip one kept landing on me. I've always been fine with them. My Chinese month sign is dragon. They look cool. I even have face masks I wear to work with dragon flies. Plus I am a mosquito/deerfly magnet if I don't slap on my EO's.

I really like cats, and preferably male cats I notice. If I was sad, my cat as a teen would come over and look at me.
I had a special bond with one of my sister's cats too. One time I was dumped and I was at my sisters house crying. And then this cat acts like a spaz, and jumps on the table and runs off. I did a 180 and started cracking up. I'm pretty sure I've communicated with him telepathically before too.

I really like foxes, they are viscously adorable! I only saw one in real life once. I use to watch fox videos and it would make me happy.

I love chipmunks as well. I love seeing them in the area and up north. I had one come up and sniff my toe when I was a kid.

But back in October I had a female house sparrow come close to me and I felt like it was a sign. I am usually not that type of person to feel that way.

My mom with whatever phase she is going through has felt like hawks give her signs.

You should get your mom one of those pop out of the can snakes for Christmas..hehehe. Lol, but then again, you don't want to give her a heart attack. so maybe not.

Dragonflies are pretty cool and another creature than some Native American tribes hold in high regard.

I like cats as well, A LOT. I don't know if it is my Leo Rising or what, but we just vibe really well--I'm like a cat whisperer. Then of course, my Egyptian past, but honestly, I think that whole Egyptian cat pedestal thing came way after when I was around. Funny experience about the cat going crazy right when you needed it.

Foxes strike me as very intelligent. This is one of those songs that makes me tear up almost every time I listen to it, and it's about a fox; a nice fox :

Yeah, I read about your sparrow experience--that was pretty intense. I remember thinking about commenting on that thread, but for whatever reason didn't.

Ah... the T. Pluto and Venus transit has been some fun just recently..but in general the T. Pluto transit hasn't been all that enjoyable. A lot of shadow stirring up, unconscious compulsion/over attachments, etc, and she has dated like 5 Scorpio Suns under it, and with like 3 of them having the same b-day. It's like she just isn't getting the message. She's a rather Fixed type personality.

Hmmm, I only have Neptune in my 8th right now, and it is closely squaring N. Neptune in the 5th. Neptune co-rules my 8th. Jupiter will be joining her in awhile.

It's ok to be attracted to other people, as long as you don't do anything to hurt your partner and/or the person you're attracted to. Have you and your spouse ever thought and/or talked about experimenting with an open relationship? It's definitely not for everyone, but it can be worth trying out to see if it fits or not. The key is total honesty, as well as vulnerability. It sounds like partly because of his long periods of time away and (kind of non) emotional attunement, you crave/need more emotional connection and more intimacy, and another partner could provide that for you.

I mentioned an open relationship with my husband. And he is not okay with it.

I basically let him know "then stop effing me like I should be effing other people on the side then!" when he was struggling with his drive. Also if he is not interested in trying something new to spice things up, I say "well then what if there are other guys, who are willing to do these things with me that you are not willing to do?" and then he said "Well it better be me then!" and I say "my point exactly"

My husband does have a bit of a possessive side. I think I sort of need that with my Juno being in Scorpio.

Like if my husband was into something that I am not into. As a wife I would attempt to compromise or something, because if a partner has a need and you are unwilling to fulfill it, like it would bug me to know that I am starving my partner of something and being starved of it.

But in the past...I believe Saturn was transiting my 8th house. He went like almost a month with out initiating sex. So I just asked him if he has just been beating off to porn, and he told me "yes."

I appreciated his honesty, but I was still like WTF? I was kind of like "why!?" I was then like "whatever the reason is you wont tell me" So then he told me something that he has never told anyone...that he was molested at day care, and it's one of his earliest childhood memories. (still not an excuse, while I do have compassion)
Also around this time I was out of the house more than he was. He was working and doing college part time.

I am not a lady who would ever have an issue with a partner beating off to porn...but when they don't have anything left for me, and they starve and deprive me, then it's a problem. And I consider it cheating.
