Could someone offer the dream symbolism for a lake? Especially if there are plenty of rocks (the kind that suggest nearby mountains) and woods around it?Could it be a womb? I'm especially interested in scary versions. I don't feel like explaining. It's a recurring place I dream about of a lake I've never seen, and cannot find an image of. I feel that it's real, though maybe not in this reality (or at least this life). But there's a lot of symbolism around it that no dream dictionary is helpful with. Maybe if I could get something on the lake itself, a common factor, I could sort through the rest of the elements which varies. Thanks IP: Logged |

Is there a pathway to the lake? Or, a gateway, an entrance? You mention stones, any formations? Flowers?------------------ All my love, with all my Heart lotusheartone/Emeraldopal IP: Logged |

A lake is symbolic of the emotional inner world of the dreamer. The woods could signify immersion in deep thought. The mountains could be your aspirations, and the rocks represent concrete reality. The lake could be a womb, if you feel so. It could also be a real place from another life, in which case elements from that former life are now coming to the front in the present life. If you are interested in scary scenarios, it could be about your fears being revealed.IP: Logged | |
