I started a search for God when I was 23 but I haven't dreamed about who God is. I wake up from a dream that came to me God is all Power and there's a God and heaven but I didn't get images of who God is. Has anyone dream got an image of who God creator is. I dreamed there is a Satan and God and heaven. I didn't get a image of God creator a face but I saw God as light and know the light is God and there's a God creator and heaven in my dream. I didn't see Satan face but it was very evil and dark. I didn't see heaven but I know there is a heaven in my dream.

I had a dream of God and Satan who turned out to be the same being, just different aspects of each other who fought for dominance. Neither was truly good. I do NOT think this was "God" in the real sense, this was some mythology, but it was a very interesting dream I don't feel like trying to remember 15 years later. One that just made me laugh now was hilarious upon waking up. I had it even longer ago. Skipping (and forgetting) a lot, I dreamed I became Jesus. I went to my Christian grandmother said I was Jesus now, and she said that was nice (about as if I was 4-years-old). And then I thought, "Hey, if I'm Jesus, I can bring people back from the dead" and tried to resurrect my dead best friend...only to accidentally start a zombie apocalypse who wanted my flesh as much as anyone else's. Clearly, that's a power one has to practice to get good at. It gave me a whole new concept of people "eating the body, drinking the blood" at communion (bread and wine).
Maybe I'll share a specific part of an experience where I do think I met "God" that was indescribable, and the best I can do simply won't match any religious definition (maybe ancient shamanic), and easily raise more questions than it answers, but I do believe it was a real experience that truly touched a Divine Creation aspect that many (at least those without strong religious beliefs to "humanize" it so a human child could "understand" it) would call God.

I’ve just watched a show, that featured a character who was essentially the devil, but they were also like a god. IP: Logged |

Getting back to this...I just can't seem to find it in me to explain the circumstances and exact manifestation, which could detract from the answer sought (assuming a good faith question) anyway, so I'm going to skip that and get to the nitty gritty. I experienced divinity as music. Music has long been part of religion and magic (still is to this day who don't consider it mystical, but still essential), and music can be converted to mathematics and other fundamentals.
Even the planets produce sound/vibration when examined with certain instruments, each one unique, which astrologers might want to look into more. Which is to say this isn't just what you stream, but something much more primal, something older than our species. In the realm of the divine, there were Songs that affected this world. At the same time, a jangle of noise came from the mortal realm (realms?) which the Divine could make sense of (the way a programmer can make sense of zeros and ones). An ultra-simple view would be they were reflections, a more complex one would be that it's like wind and sea currents (that affect each other, and thus global weather). Or as some put it, the flow of the yin-yang. (Speaking of which, sound that has no silence can never be music, just cacophonous noise without meaning or order, the silence artfully applied and not necessarily noticed though often is to enhance the effect, is essential to a musical symphony.) Unfortunately, our language is limited to mortal concerns. I cannot be clearer than that. But I am reminded of the Allegory of the Cave (basic philosophy on Truth and reality, and relevant to what I was trying to say). Or for a simplified version, here's a couple of minutes of brilliant writing from Babylon 5: http://youtu.be/JjnpTcvGvts?si=rmPc5-ASjvuxvb3u&t=34 That aside...
I think there is a connection, though I find it hard to verbalize. Long story short, by age 5 I found the world of adults capricious and treacherous. Scared to wake the 'rents, I slowly figured out how to reach the cereal, pry it out, and make my own breakfast, and as I ate it, a warmth came to me that I did it myself, and no matter how crazy the world of adults, I could take care of myself. This is why I think the only magic that works for me is creative...and also once (at least in the same form). I can take from traditional occult lore (and I do), but I have to be creative with it, just as when I got the cereal. But prayer--and I documented it, and also included where it should've worked--not only failed to work, but seemed to backfire, just as trusting in adults can. (I'm glad I didn't fall of the chair and hurt myself when getting the cereal, or I might find magic equally treacherous today.) I believe that my perceptions created a vibration, music if you will, that reached the Divine, and the Divine echoes back, just as we echo the Divine. Because doing it myself creates a different vibration than asking others, the magic works, prayer doesn't. For me. Had I grew up under truly generous adult authority figures with it working for me (doing more good than harm, though the best of intentions, especially over coddling, does more harm than good), prayer would probably work much better for me. Because of the Echo of Vibration/Music between mortal and Divine realms. That's as best as I can explain it. I look forward to shedding this body and all the demons (metaphorically speaking, though assuming they have a vibration of their own, then even demons are literally real in a sense, just not in the animalistic way our biological brains are wired to understand it), and learning to sing a new Song. I had another dream that I also don't want to describe or explain, so I'll just share that I was a witch/tree spirit, and was very happy when I kept that form. In the vision of Divinity, I came across the World Tree (a truly ineffable moment), and I wonder if merging back with that Tree, the one that would take me to the Divine Song, if I might again know that peace and happiness as I did in that dream. I have never come across an individual god, neither in dream nor in meditation. Some do from what I have heard, but this question always arises within me, "how much of it is simply a result of having a certain concept in the mind about God?", it is interesting that the ones who I know only come across the images of God which are only from their own religion. That being said, there seem to be entities around in my own experience, I do wonder how much they influence our real life considering that they always would have to be present around us "perhaps", only the sensitivity to sense them seems to be lacking. I have always envied the powers of the protagonist in the movie "Dracula Untold" whose senses seemed to be working beyond any human comprehension http://youtu.be/-XUk2U2s6y4?si=do6OaDJHKb9RT4zN . That said, the ability to sense entities does not seem to seem to belong to the normal human senses. It must be very hard to cope though, for ones who do have this ability, but then again there is this human capacity to adapt to anything.Personally I am yet to come across anything other than life itself, whenever I plunge myself into the depths of meditation and I come out of that depth, my ability to enjoy life seems to increase. The problem with defining something as "this is *insert any category*" always seems to be that the mind begins to have a hard time accepting any of its traits that does not fall within the concepts created by the mind about that particular category, perhaps this is what "projection" means, I have never exactly understood the meaning of that word though. I seem to have sought for god too sometimes, but many times it simply seems to have been a search for power and sex in the name of seeking god, yeah they too seem to be a part of the journey, but have I really sought for whats beyond everything? I do wonder. IP: Logged |

I had a vision on a massage table of the hand of God. I also saw the stars in the sky the hand pointed to my right breast. (maybe it was going for my heart idk.) I even have had the hand of God in one of my candle wax drippings. IP: Logged |

Maybe something close to the idea of God.I’ve recently started becoming more religious, I started praying, I’ve ”restarted” a connection with God. I had a false awakening dream: I dreamt that I woke up in the same place I sleep and honestly thought it was reality. I looked around and went back to sleep as an usual person would. But I started hearing someone walking around the house… I got scared but pretended to sleep so that I can see if its really true. Yes, there was someone. I tried to look with my eyes closed and a dark figure approached, darker than the darkness of the room: like a void. I know what it is, in my sleep paralysis moments I see a void sitting on me, strangling me, holding me down. Always darker than the darkness. It seemed like it wanted to get into the bed, but it couldnt. It stood next to it. Seeing that the figure will not reach my bed, I relax and go back to sleep. When I turned on my other side, I saw a huge white flower that had a subtle light. From the shape of it, it was a lily of the valley, aka Mary’s tears. I was shocked and thinking that the void cannot enter my bed anymore because of the luminous flower from my bed. It was huge. I did not know about the plant symbolism before. Quote, When the Virgin told the women what they were preparing for, they grieved, they had plans and mourned, but Mary promised the women that she would count their tears from Heaven and comfort them
