Well juniperb, I wasn't actually trying to set you up for a date with that 3 legged milking stool but you have to admit, they are stable, don't chatter and are pretty reliable under pressure. Good listeners too and they don't talk back

Hey 26T, my milking stool friend has a first cousin who would make a great keg stand.

Probably not to your personal taste though 26T. My institution tells me you like a little back talk

hmmmm.....i think i'd bring (to the party, that is)..... my motorcycle, for anyone who wants to ride on a fast bike (very obnoxiously bright - yellow and black). of course, that means i will have to be the designated driver and can't drink a drop ... oh well!

Oddly jwhop, your "institution" is absoloutely correct.

Ask your milking stool friend if he has any single, hot, 'back talking' foot stool type of friends for me. ........

Sounds fun, quicksilver, but this girl is chicken. My Cancer buddy tried to convince me to let him take me home on his motorcycle tonight. As tempting as it was, I said no way, jose.

Hey Juniperb..I know a Pisces nicknamed "Tripod." Long story.

I tried to join the chat but was too late! Jwhop - I bet I would scare you I scare myself sometimes But it's fun!!

Oxy- I don't blame you for being chicken but I'm a very good driver (ok - rider, but it sounds funnier to say driver because of the whole "Rain Man" thing, if you've ever seen that movie... If not, you're wondering what the hell I'm talking about).

Anyway, has anyone ever thought about actually having a LindaLand get together/party for real? I volunteer to be a party planner!!!

quicksilver, I don't know why, but for some odd reason, I was sure you were a guy! The way you express yourself, I guess.

I was quite surprised when I saw quiksilver's picture too, because I also thought she was a guy.....a very sensitive guy...isn't that strange that we both thought that, lioneye?

Love,
Rainbow

Yeah, Rainbow...funny how we assume the sex of other k-now-flakes based on what they say and how they say it.

Actually, I think I've occasionally been mistaken for a guy too, based soley on my posts. I find that amusing.

Hey Lioneye/Rainbow,

Yeah, I guess I do have a tendency to come off as a guy sometimes. Ironically I think it's because I look like such a girly Pisces and I sort of have this complex that I have to "prove" other people "wrong" about me, in the sense that I don't want them to think I can be easily manipulated. I was trained at an early age to hone in on my verbal skills. My father always told me that there is great power in words (he's a Scorpio) and I admire his way with them and try to emulate that. I guess it also comes from having guys try to take advantage one too many times. And the fact that by nature, I really am accomodating. But I know this can be a weakness so I try to fight it! I also like seeming paradoxes. Why can't a girl act like a guy sometimes? A girl can still be a girl at the core but still do things that would be traditionally considered a "guy's" domain. But I am true to my sign in the sense that I would never want to "outdo" a guy I was with. The guy needs to be in charge at all times and I don't compete in that way. Strangely, it would make me feel less feminine. It works well for me, assuming the guy is not a total jerk What can I say? I guess I am a bundle of contradictions!!!!

So what does anyone/everyone think about a LindaLand reunion? (Ok, well "union" I guess. Can't be a REunion if there wasn't an original union to begin with!) Like I said, I'd volunteer to be on the planning committee!!!!
