I will, as soon as I get the motivation to put them in photobucket. I have dial-up, so it's hard for me to muster the patience to get my pictures up.But I know we have some great photographers here. I'm not fantastic, but I thoroughly enjoy taking pictures. I'd love to hear some tips and maybe even improve my shots. I'm waiting... IP: Logged |

If I had a digital camera, I'd be all over it, but I don't. IP: Logged |

Life has been so much cheaper since I've gotten mine.I guess that's my first tip...TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES. Even before I had digital, I would snap up a whole roll in ten minutes sometimes. No one wants to waste film, but ya got to! I'm loading some of my pics in photobucket right now... I should have them posted soon! IP: Logged |

I haven't been in the habit of taking my camera with me so much this year ~ I'm trying to get back into the habit, because I love my camera (I'd love to get a Canon or Nikon D70 in the future, though). IP: Logged |

Been so long since Ive gotten to shoot my own instead of just admire others,, that all I can rember off hand now are he very basics.. Always frame your focus of subject as much as oportunity allows... Practicing when doing still life- very good to excerise in making very inadimate objects seem to take on and show off a life of their own.. Even if it seems a pointless and borring scene to shoot, get in the habbit of finding that one little way and view point to let it tells its own story.. Half of my best shots are lost,, still have some good colour shots, and most of my best blackNwhites. Let me see who I know with a scanner when Ive the time,, perhaps I can give some decent examples of still life, deep woods scenery... As well as a few "what not to do's" examples from my first few roles of film as well. IP: Logged |

I'm glad this has progressed. I really like those black and whites. Very classy. How'd you do the red light? I think I could be good at it. IP: Logged |

Thanks AG and aqua! AG... I used a program to color the light red. Most of the pics I take are B&W. You should give it a try! I'd love to see your stuff! Aqua... I was also struck by your photo. That first one was essential aquarius! Beautiful! Your spirit really shines. IP: Logged |

My camera is about average... it's a Cannon Powershot S50. It's not a bad beginner camera, but I can't add filters to it or anything (something I would like to try out sometime.)I paid about 400 for it two years ago. I've made great use of it, though! IP: Logged |
