I saw the movie, The Lost City, recently. Bill Murray was in it (I really like him ). There is one joke he made that stood out to me. I will try to re-assemble it from memory, but I do not guarantee any elite accuracy...

Andy Garcia's character walks into a room where Bill Murray's character is laying on a couch. Garcia looks really distraught and pensive.

Bill Murray looks at him and says:

"Would you care for some serious advice from a guy who's hardly ever serious?"

Garcia: "No!"

Murray: "Good, 'cuase that was it."

When people do not stop and think through certain issues, it does not
matter whether those people are geniuses or morons, because the

I never would have made it if I could not have laughed. It lifted me momentarily out of this horrible situation, just enough to make it livable. -- Viktor Frankl

Youth is wasted on the Son.
Youth is wasted on the sun.
Youth is wasted on the fun.
Youth is wasted on the nun.
Youth is wasted on the One.
Youth is wasted on the run.
Youth is wasted on the pun.
Youth is wasted on the gun.

Youth has only just begun.

If God kills, lies, cheats, discriminates, and otherwise behaves in a manner that puts the Mafia to shame, that's okay, he's God. He can do whatever he wants. Anyone who adheres to this philosophy has had his sense of morality, decency, justice and humaneness warped beyond recognition by the very book that is supposedly preaching the opposite.

Some Guiness was split on the barroom floor when the pub was shut up for the night. Out of his hole crept a wee brown mouse and stood in the pale moon light.
