She told me today that it can be quite harmful for tarot cards to be around certain children, the energy from them can get stuck and give of a bad vibe.

I know a few here do readings and have children.......I rarely read for people in my home......I rent a room away in town....funnily enough my guides always tell me to tell my son that I am going to work to heal and not do tarot readings.

She said the vibration of the cards is quite low density.....whereas the healing enery is connected straight to the source......I understand her.....and now it figues why I try to keep my cards away from our son......God certainly moves in mysterious ways!

This lovely lady asked our son "what does your mummy do then and he replied "she is a healer", so I am glad he gets that message and not the other one!!

We have to be very careful dont we at times?

I must respectfully disagree with your healer friend that Tarot cards are of a 'low density' vibration.

The cards are just that... pictures on paperboard. Nothing more, and nothing less.

Now.. the SYMBOLS contained on the Tarot... that would be another story. Those symbols do have meaning and power. But they are tools for the development of our own skills and abilities.

The Higher Arcana of the Tarot is a symbolic picture of Man's Fall From Grace, and the Return to Grace, if you will. How can this be of low density?

The cards are truly Spiritual Tools.. now, reading cards... that can be a bit of a different story. But if your goal is to help people find clarity, to see Hope and to have Faith... how can that be considered of 'low density'?

Fortune Telling, at its most base, might be considered a lower use of the cards... but does that sully them as a Spiritual tool? I think not.

We all must start our Spiritual journey in our own Time and in our own way. The Tarot can be a vital part of this development. It is like a book without pages that we can use for meditation, enlightenment and even the development of our Spiritual Gifts, so again I say, that I do tend to disagree with your friend...
