This person is closed emotionally right now and not in a good place. They do still think about you, but aren't willing to reveal how they really feel. I'd definitely say give it some time - it's not a complete no, but it's not quite a yes yet either.
He (?) is still thinking about it. Doesn't like to admit failure or fault. Too stubborn. Things take time with this person, doesn't seem like the type to rush decisions.
