Hi I hope any of you can decipher the meaning of tarot cards I got in regards to my question...

There is a guy at work I'm intrigued by. But I've noticed he only converses with most other women except for me! My question is whether it was deliberate or even why!! We have spoken before.

The cards first card I got was: The page of Cups.
The second card: Nine of Cups
The last card was the Knight of Cups.

Now I've read various meanings about the Knight of Cups and it can be quite contradictory.

So bearing in mind my situation with this guy can anyone offer me an interpretation of the meaning of the cards and how it relates to him?

Because I think this guy from work is interested in you romantically, but he seems to think you already get enough attention of other guys & that you are quite content with that/no need for other conversions. Possibly might feel that he wouldn't fit the bill. That's the vibe I get from these cards.
The page of cups can act very akward when he likes someone.
Do you have a boyfriend or does the co-worker think you do?

Well he has seen me talking to other guys but I talk to other female co-workers too. I'm quite friendly and approachable but I've noticed he's the one who doesn't want to engage in a conversation with me even though he's had plenty of opportunity to do so. He speaks to a lot of women so I thought it was odd how he would deliberately not speak to me!
Another thing I have noticed about him is that he gives the impression of being arrogant. He's good looking btw! I was talking to his friend the other day and he told me he that he is an arrogant person!
I don't have a boyfriend and he wouldn't know if I had one because he doesn't speak to me!

To get a clearer answer, it's always best to ask one question. Now you asked two.

To get more insight, you can ask:
How does X see me and draw a card for example...

Also, people talk. So who knows if he does or doesn't know you have a boyfriend
And this might just be an open door: but why don't you speak to him?

I was the one who broke the ice with him to begin with! I noticed that he used to stare at me from a far and give me those deep meaningful stares! So I thought this is awkward then I just broke the ice with him one day and struck up a conversation with him. After that he didn't make an effort!

Now its back to being awkward. I was trying to figure out how the cards (The Cups) would apply to him. I only asked one question as it was only about him.
