What are your thoughts on working with reversed cards? I've heard of different techniques such as opposite meaning of upright. Would love some input. IP: Logged |

Bumped another thread for you. There are more topics on this if you use the search engine I love using reversals. I have different meanings for them. So I don't necessarily read them as 'a block'. IP: Logged |

I personally don't like reversals. In my mind, Reversals mostly seem to be adding negativity to the deck.Seems kinda "glass half empty" to me. It also just makes confusing cards even more confusing. IP: Logged |

I use them because I was told that each card had its own spectrum of good-bad points. Upright and reversed tell me which kind, of the card's characteristics it's portraying. I just find it narrows the message down, but that's just me. I don't like reversals, obvs, unless its an unsettling card anyway like the Tower. But y'know IP: Logged |
