I haven't read for myself in a while but I am currently seeking a new job and and decided to pull the cards out to look into it as they were dead on about my career a year ago.

I asked if I'd be landing a new job in the next 6 weeks. The cards seemed align pretty well with my current situation but the outcome cards I pulled made me think "hmm" I got a mixed feeling on it, mostly good but something about it bugged me.

Fool Rx-3 of Pentacles-7 of Swords

Honestly, I'm not sure if I should be taking the 7 as bad omen here or not. Its not usually my favorite card to see in a spread but I felt a little differently about it this round.

I'd like to know the thoughts of others on these cards as an outcome for upcoming career.

Hey with the Fool RX I don't think it will be within 6 weeks, but it might take a bit longer to find that new job.
Just my thoughts on these of course.

Yeah I get the feeling it's going to be a tad longer than 6 weeks, which is unfortunate but I am still currently employed so it could be worse. I'm not sure how you read but when I read my cards I don't usually just get answers but it's also like they are telling me a story. So when I see the Fool rx I do think that I have a longer wait than I had hoped but I also see it as indicative of my lack of experience in the feild I am applying for (amongst other things lol). So the 7 is really throwing me for a loop here because again I don't look at the cards as just an outright answer and I feel like the 7 is pointing my way...as if I am going to be underhanded and sneaky in order to land a position, which is just not me at all. Perhaps it also means that my ambitions are making me hasty here? As the man is leaving a few swords behind here...

I'm not sure that it's because of your lack of experience in that field. It might also just point to things going different than planned. The 3 pents in the middle is quite promising either way.
On the other hand, these are your cards & if you don't have all the right papers, it could point towards something slightly different you had in mind.
Just keep sending out those letters
