Have you got just that deck littlecloud? It is a beautiful deck I'm just wondering whether it's more useful to get a deck that has the interpretation right on the card... hmmm IP: Logged |

It's up to you really. I've had the deck for a few months but I need to practice it more. I always tell people to buy a deck that speaks to them, on that they feel a strong pull towards. When I saw this deck I knew I had to have it. If a deck gives you that feign then get it. IP: Logged |

I like the blue owl one. But I own a similar one in my own language with poems on it. If I would buy another, I also would want the rhymes on it

UPDATE Thank you Twirl, I got the blue owl deck and glad I got it because now I learn about the deck from Malkiel on Youtube and that's the deck he uses - so that's great! I feel this is a good first deck and later I could try the more pretty ones. The only thing, I'm not too happy with the pictures, they look very faded, not sure if that's how it is or the seller sells bad decks =/ Thanks to everyone who helped! IP: Logged |

That's what the guy at the MetaPhysical Book Store told me.He said the pre- U.S. Games decks were not on flimsy cardstock. IP: Logged |

Really? Yeah, the cards look "fake" as in just a cheap copy of the originals or something... not sure why they can't produce nice colours/pictures ... IP: Logged |

Not sure I want to pay a hundred and twenty dollars for it though... Might have considered it, but no-one jumped in to tell me Lenormand was wonderful enough to warrant the expense. Of course people aren't always as forthcoming as one would wish when asked a question in every Forum here. Too Bad. IP: Logged |

I wouldn't pay $120 either... I'm happy to start with this blue owl deck and then go to the pretty decks like Gilded Reverie .... But $120!? Nope... IP: Logged |
