So I asked whether I'll relocate (by the way this isn't the first time I've asked them this question hope they don't get annoyed with me like with Tarots... )

Anyway, I got - Birds + Ring + Bouquet

My interpretation was - talks of commitment/contract - but what's the deal with the bouquet? gift? something pretty? huh?

So I took the birds + ring to be positive for relocation as to mean a contract/deal is being talked about, don't get the bouquet card as the conclusion...

Well, Bouquet for me is a card that shows something pretty or good. In this case, seems that the relocating will be fine and happy for you. A good thing, so this card only add more happiness. If the cards were bad... Bouquet would enter as a card for a anesthesia of the situation... not an entire one, but enough for not being too bad...
